Requirements

Education: Master’s degree or equivalent specialization in Microbiology or Biochemistry.
Licensing: Eligibility for a Ministry of Health (MOH) license as a Registrar in Kuwait.
Experience: Proven clinical experience in a hospital laboratory setting.
Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in modern diagnostic methodologies.

الحفاظ على ضوابط الجودة الصارمة والالتزام بمعايير سلامة الرعاية الصحية الدولية.
المساعدة في إدارة طاقم المختبر وتنفيذ بروتوكولات التشخيص الجديدة.
التنسيق مع الأقسام الطبية لضمان تشخيص المرضى بشكل فعال وفي الوقت المناسب.

المتطلبات

المؤهل العلمي: درجة الماجستير أو ما يعادلها في تخصص الأحياء الدقيقة أو الكيمياء الحيوية.
الترخيص: الأهلية للحصول على ترخيص وزارة الصحة (MOH) بمرتبة "مسجل" في الكويت.
الخبرة: خبرة إكلينيكية مثبتة في مختبرات المستشفيات.
المهارات: قدرات تحليلية قوية وخبرة في منهجيات التشخيص الحديثة.
