Estimation Engineer – Construction Projects
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates
- Develop pricing for bids, tenders, and contracts
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and subcontractor teams
- Use estimation and construction software for cost analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in construction estimation, tendering, and contracting
- Proficiency in estimation software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines

متطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة في تقدير تكاليف البناء، وإعداد المناقصات، والتعاقد.
- إتقان برامج التقدير
- مهارات تحليلية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل
- القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة
