Technical Drafting: Creating detailed architectural and execution drawings based on civil engineering specifications.
Design Coordination: Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure drawings meet structural requirements and site realities.
Standards Compliance: Ensuring all drafts adhere to Kuwait’s local building codes and industry-standard safety regulations.
Revision Management: Updating and refining blueprints as projects evolve from the design phase to physical execution.
Requirements
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in architectural or civil drafting.
Academic Background: A solid Civil Engineering/Civil Background is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
Visa Status: Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid Transferable Residency (Article 18).
Availability: Ready to join the team and contribute immediately to ongoing projects in Dajeej.

المسؤوليات
الرسم التقني: إنشاء رسومات معمارية وتنفيذية مفصلة بناءً على المواصفات الهندسة المدنية.
تنسيق التصميم: التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين لضمان مطابقة الرسومات للمتطلبات الإنشائية وواقع الموقع.
الامتثال للمعايير: ضمان التزام جميع المخططات بأكواد البناء المحلية في الكويت ولوائح السلامة القياسية.
إدارة التعديلات: تحديث وتنقيح المخططات مع تطور المشاريع من مرحلة التصميم إلى التنفيذ الفعلي.
المتطلبات
الخبرة المثبتة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الرسم المعماري أو الإنشائي.
الخلفية العلمية: يشترط أن يكون المتقدم من خلفية هندسة مدنية (Civil Background).
الإتقان التقني: مهارة عالية في استخدام برنامج AutoCAD وبرامج الرسم الهندسي ذات الصلة.
حالة الإقامة: التواجد الحالي داخل الكويت مع وجود إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
الجاهزية: الاستعداد للانضمام للفريق والمساهمة الفورية في المشاريع القائمة.
