Responsibilities
Architecture & Design: Developing and implementing robust network architectures, complex server environments, and computer systems infrastructure.
Security & Reliability: Managing network security (FortiGate), VPN configurations, and ensuring end-user protection against evolving threats.
Disaster Recovery: Developing, testing, and executing high-standard backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
Operations Management: Monitoring LAN/WAN, Nutanix, and VMWare environments while overseeing the maintenance of IT assets (Computers, IP Phones, IOT, UPS).
Vendor & Asset Management: Maintaining strong relations with vendors for procurement and conducting quarterly audits of all IT assets.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure in complex environments.
Technical Mastery:
Systems: Nutanix (Strong Knowledge), VMWare, Windows Server, and Domain Controllers.
Networking/Security: Cisco/Fortinet Core Switches, Wireless Controllers, and FortiGate Firewalls.
Plus Factors: Knowledge of Avaya systems, Linux OS, and SQL/MySQL database management.
Skills: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure.
Mobility: Possession of a valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.

المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في بيئات معقدة.
الإتقان التقني:
الأنظمة: معرفة قوية بـ Nutanix، VMWare، Windows Server، وDomain Controllers.
الشبكات والأمن: محولات Cisco/Fortinet، وأجهزة التحكم اللاسلكية، وجدران الحماية FortiGate.
