Responsibilities
End-to-End Procurement: Managing daily RFQs, purchase requests (PR), and purchase orders (PO) with precision.
Strategic Sourcing: Identifying and evaluating global and local suppliers to negotiate optimal prices, terms, and delivery timelines.
Vendor Relations: Building and sustaining strong, long-term partnerships with contractors and vendors.
Financial Analysis: Preparing comprehensive cost analyses and evaluating quotations to ensure maximum value.
Inventory Oversight: Monitoring stock levels and reorder requirements to prevent operational delays.
Compliance & Records: Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring all purchases meet company policies and local audit regulations.
Requirements
Proven Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (Kuwait market experience preferred).
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with both International Purchasing and local Kuwaiti suppliers/vendors.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, for data management and analysis.
Visa Status: Must hold a Transferable Article 18 Visa.
Communication: Strong negotiation skills; the ability to speak Arabic is a distinct advantage (though not mandatory).
Resilience: Proven ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.

إدارة المشتريات الشاملة: إدارة طلبات العروض (RFQs) وطلبات الشراء (PR) وأوامر الشراء (PO) بدقة يومية.
التوريد الاستراتيجي: تحديد وتقييم الموردين العالميين والمحليين للتفاوض على أفضل الأسعار والشروط وجداول التسليم.
علاقات الموردين: بناء واستدامة شراكات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع المقاولين والموردين.
التحليل المالي: إعداد تحليلات تكلفة شاملة وتقييم عروض الأسعار لضمان الحصول على أقصى قيمة.
الرقابة على المخزون: مراقبة مستويات المخزون ومتطلبات إعادة الطلب لتجنب أي تأخير في العمليات.
الامتثال والسجلات: الاحتفاظ بتوثيق دقيق وضمان توافق جميع المشتريات مع سياسات الشركة واللوائح الرقابية المحلية.
المتطلبات
خبرة مثبتة: من سنتين إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في المشتريات (يفضل الخبرة في السوق الكويتي).
المعرفة بالسوق: الإلمام بآليات الشراء الدولي والموردين المحليين في سوق الكويت.
المهارات التقنية: كفاءة عالية في برامج MS Office، وخاصة برنامج Excel لإدارة البيانات وتحليلها.
حالة التأشيرة: يجب حمل إقامة مادة 18 قابلة للتحويل.
التواصل: مهارات تفاوض قوية؛ وتعتبر القدرة على التحدث باللغة العربية ميزة إضافية (ليست إلزامية).
المرونة: قدرة مثبتة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الصارمة.
