Instrument - Discipline Activity Specialist (DAS)
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and All field instrumentation such as Pressure, flow, Temperature, Levels, vibration and speed;
- Proficiency in using diagnostic and troubleshooting tools;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with hi level of logical approach;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements;
- Develop /enhance Routine and preventive maintenance of Instruments to ensure high reliability;
- Perform calibration and troubleshooting of instruments, ensuring compliance with ISO standards;
- Develop procedures to improve testing , repair and preventive maintenance of field instruments;
- Implement best practice to maintain instruments test equipment with standard tolerance’s;
- Control and maintain calibration records in maintained through the system and review / ensure instruments meet accuracy requirements;
- Lead the installation, and commissioning of instrumentation projects;
- Perform system testing, calibration, and configuration to ensure proper operation;
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality material delivery /installation and repairs;
- Obtain appropriate instruments model codes based on the design datasheets and process data sheets maintaining industry standards (ISA, API, IEC) OR Company standard for announced Obsolete Instruments;
Process Automation Engineer
Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrument Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years in petrochemical, refinery or fertilizer plants with control system and shutdown system implementation experience.
- Shall have hands-on DCS (Honeywell) software implementation and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Possess good knowledge and experience on machinery turbo control solutions.
- Shall have experience on process control network / architecture and field instrumentation.
Operations Engineer (Utilities)
Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in Refinery/Petrochemical industry.
- Experience in Refinery / Petrochemical Operations / Technical Services / Process Engineering in Utilities Production / Treatment / Distribution Systems related to Steam, Sea Water, Cooling Water, Demin Water, Potable Water, Fire Water, Waste Water, Waste Incineration, Air Separation, Plant Air and Instrument Air.
- KPIs monitoring and analysis, advanced troubleshooting, improvement studies and projects, process safety compliance.
Rotating Equipment Engineer (Maintenance)
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in mechanical maintenance specially with rotating equipment in the refinery, petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
- Proven experience in major overhauling and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of gas turbine, steam turbine, compressor and pump auxiliary system.

- - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال هندسة البترول مع التركيز القوي على سير العمل في حقول النفط الرقمية؛
- خبرة مثبتة في تحسين الإنتاج، ودمج البيانات، وتطبيق التقنيات الرقمية في عمليات النفط والغاز؛
- - المعرفة بأدوات وبرامج الصناعة القياسية مثل أنظمة Prosper وGAP وOFM وSpotfire وSCADA؛
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والقيادة مع التركيز على قيادة مبادرات التحول الرقمي؛
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعاون، مع القدرة على العمل بشكل فعال في فرق متعددة الوظائف.
مهندس أتمتة العمليات
الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات ومتطلبات الخبرة:
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية / الالكترونية / هندسة الأجهزة.
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مصانع البتروكيماويات أو التكرير أو الأسمدة مع نظام التحكم ونظام الإغلاق.
- يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة عملية في تنفيذ برامج DCS (Honeywell) واستكشاف أخطاء الأجهزة وإصلاحها.
- تتمتع بمعرفة وخبرة جيدة في حلول التحكم في التوربينات الآلية.
- يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في شبكة التحكم في العمليات / الهندسة المعمارية والأجهزة الميدانية.
مهندس عمليات (مرافق)
الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات ومتطلبات الخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو الميكانيكية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة التكرير / البتروكيماويات.
- خبرة في عمليات التكرير / البتروكيماويات / الخدمات الفنية / هندسة العمليات في أنظمة الإنتاج / المعالجة / التوزيع المتعلقة بالبخار ومياه البحر ومياه التبريد ومياه إزالة الملوثات ومياه الشرب ومياه الحرائق ومياه الصرف الصحي وحرق النفايات وفصل الهواء وهواء المصنع وهواء الأجهزة.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتحليلها، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها المتقدم، ودراسات التحسين والمشاريع، والامتثال لسلامة العمليات.
مهندس معدات دوارة (صيانة)
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الصيانة الميكانيكية وخاصة مع المعدات الدوارة في صناعة التكرير أو البتروكيماويات أو النفط والغاز.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإصلاحات الكبرى واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للمعدات الدوارة.
- معرفة متعمقة في توربينات الغاز والتوربينات البخارية والضاغط ونظام المضخة المساعدة.
