Fashion Merchandiser
We are seeking an experienced Fashion Merchandiser with a strong background in textiles and garment production.
Responsibilities:
- Select suppliers and manage fabric quality.
- Negotiate prices and quantities.
- Ensure fabric selections meet brand standards.
- Resolve production issues with the manager and designer.
- Oversee collection development post-design.
- Coordinate logistics for timely delivery.
- Follow Kuwait headquarters timelines.
- Analyze market trends for buying decisions.
- Monitor open purchase orders.
- Approve products based on lab tests and reports.
- Review technical packs with the design team.
- Maintain and build supplier relationships.
- Process requisitions and update order statuses.
- Send pattern, fitting, color, and fabric quality comments to suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in textiles and garment types.
- Knowledge of fabrics, colors, prints, and trims.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong sense of trends, style, and color.
- Experience in the fashion export industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- College degree in fashion design or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and attention to detail.
- Preferably Women’s Wear Buyer/Fashion Buyer or Merchandiser.

نحن نبحث عن تاجر أزياء ذو خبرة يتمتع بخلفية قوية في إنتاج المنسوجات والملابس.
المسؤوليات:
- اختيار الموردين وإدارة جودة النسيج.
- التفاوض على الأسعار والكميات.
- التأكد من أن اختيارات القماش تلبي معايير العلامة التجارية.
- حل مشاكل الإنتاج مع المدير والمصمم.
– الإشراف على تطوير المجموعة بعد التصميم.
– تنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية للتسليم في الوقت المناسب.
- متابعة الجداول الزمنية للمقر الرئيسي في الكويت.
-تحليل اتجاهات السوق لاتخاذ قرارات الشراء.
- مراقبة أوامر الشراء المفتوحة.
- الموافقة على المنتجات بناءً على الاختبارات والتقارير المعملية.
- مراجعة الحزم الفنية مع فريق التصميم.
– الحفاظ على وبناء العلاقات مع الموردين.
- معالجة الطلبات وتحديث حالات الطلب.
- إرسال تعليقات حول النمط والملاءمة واللون وجودة القماش إلى الموردين.
مؤهلات:
-خبرة في المنسوجات وأنواع الملابس.
- معرفة الأقمشة والألوان والمطبوعات والديكورات.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- الوعي التجاري.
- إحساس قوي بالاتجاهات والأسلوب واللون.
-خبرة في صناعة تصدير الأزياء.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة جامعية في تصميم الأزياء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات.
- مهارات عددية وتحليلية قوية.
- قيادة قوية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- يفضل أن يكون مشتري ملابس نسائية/مشتري أزياء أو تاجر.
