Requirements:
- 1.English is a must, Local landguage is a Plus
- 2.Covering area &Potential Location: Middle East
- 3.Bachelor’s degree or above
- 4.Have a profound understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid market.
- 5.Have strong relationship with key decision makers in the power and T&D market
- 6.Profound understanding of the local TSO grid market (market size, competition, market trends, etc.)
- 7.Knowledge of local customers, procurement processes, decision making processes, key decision makers, etc.
- 8.Knowledge of project management, marketing methodology, finance and human resources
- 9.Effective communication in English and local language
Job responsibility:
- 1.Responsible on sales business development in the assigned countries and execute value, mission, vision and strategy of the organization.
- 2.Lead the formulation and disintegration of annual sales targets and overall work plan.
- 3.Achieve sales target including Composite insulation cross arm (CICA) and Shemar insulation products of Transmission and Distribution network
- 4.In line with the business strategy, lead the team to carry out market research, analysis, marketing activities.
- 5.Clarify the decision-making chain of the relevant government, industry organizations and target customers and the corresponding personnel.
- 6.Lead the team in customers' development and value transfer, particularly to be 7.responsible for building and maintain good relationships with key TSO/DNO decision makers.
- 8.Organize/Coordinate internal resources based on business requirement.
