Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, supply chain costs, and performance metrics.

- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Help with inventory audits and reconciliation.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier databases.
Logistics Support:
- Aid in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of shipments.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all supply chain activities.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work with other departments (e.g., procurement, production, finance) to support supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2- Senior Supply Chain Officer
Job Purpose:
- The Senior Supply Chain Officer at ABYAT , your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with various internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment, resolving any issues or discrepancies, and providing support to customers throughout the order life-cycle.
Job Duties:
- Initiate PO process by requesting Proforma Invoice from the vendor, create PO in SAP after reconciling
- Follow up internally to get PO fully released in the system.
- Communicating released PO details with the vendor and getting acknowledged with initial readiness details.
- Follow up to finalise payment term requirements (LCs, Advance etc.)
- Follow up with the vendor until getting the readiness to arrange shipment.
- Nominating Freight forwarder for the shipment after analysing tendering process
- Pre-Shipment follow-ups with vendors and forwarders to ensure shipment processes are managed properly.
- Creating Shipments in SAP System - Inbound Creation, Shipment Creation, Cost Creation.
- SABER document process for KSA Shipments
- Post-Shipment follow-ups with the vendor and forwarders to collect original shipment documents on time for customs clearance
- Tracking Shipment and updating events in the SAP system (ETD/ETA/ATP etc.)
- Settling Shipment discrepancy (Excess/ Shortage)
- Settling commercial invoice variance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field required
- +5 years of experience in the same role.
- High Communication skills
- Follows directions and procedures.
- Focuses on results and achieving personal work objectives. Works best when work is related closely to results and the impact of personal efforts is obvious.
- Outstanding Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

3-Accounts Payable Team Leader
About this job
- 1.Supervise and manage payable team in posting vendor's invoices, reconciling their accounts, preparing payment requests and updating prepaid and accrued expense;
- 2. Run the periodic supplier automatic payment for all vendors and customer refunds.
- 3.Monitor all open purchase orders (trading and non-trading) and ensure closure;
- 4.Oversee supplier balances and monitor their debit balances to ensure immediate clearance;
- 5.Manintain Vendor Master file on SAP and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records like payment term and bank account details;
- 6.Ensure monthly clearing of vendor's prepayment advances against invoices and settling rebates and credit notes;
- 7.Oversee the following GL account Groups: Accounts Payable and Supplier Advances;
- 8.Submit monthly aging and advances report of vendor balances;
- 9.Ensure the proper filing of vendors invoices, statements, reconciliations and payments;
- 10.Perform month-end closing reviews, procedures and corrections as needed; and
- 11.Ensure obtaining vendor's on a quarterly basis.
- 12. Perform monitoring and ensure the accurate allocation of costs to each activity to ensure timely and accurate accounting of payables
- 13. Implement the payment process by receiving and registering suppliers’ invoices, verifying against contract agreements and terms of payment and liaise with Cash Management for the timely execution of payments
- 14. Respond to internal and external enquires related to payables and expenses and provide relevant explanation as appropriate
- 15. Manage the workload allocation amongst subordinates to maximize efficiency and enhance pooling
Qualifications:
- 1.Bachelor in Accounting
- 2.CPA / CA / ACCA (Preferred)
- 3.Proven work experience in multi organizations accounting system and multi million turnover organizations
- 4.7+ years of relevant experience
- 5.Strong knowledge of IFRS and IAS
- 6.Expeience in ERP systems (SAP preferred)

2- مسؤول أول سلسلة التوريد
غرض الوظيفة:
- باعتبارك مسؤول سلسلة التوريد الرئيسي في ABYAT، فإن مسؤوليتك الأساسية هي الإشراف على دورة معالجة الطلبات من البداية إلى النهاية وإدارتها، وضمان الدقة والكفاءة ورضا العملاء.
- ستكون مسؤولاً عن التنسيق مع مختلف الإدارات الداخلية لتسهيل تنفيذ الطلبات بسلاسة، وحل أي مشكلات أو اختلافات، وتقديم الدعم للعملاء طوال دورة حياة الطلب.
مهام الوظيفة:
- ابدأ عملية طلب الشراء من خلال طلب الفاتورة الأولية من البائع، ثم قم بإنشاء طلب شراء في SAP بعد التسوية
- متابعة داخليًا للحصول على إصدار أمر الشراء بالكامل في النظام.
- التواصل بشأن تفاصيل طلب الشراء الصادر مع البائع والحصول على إقرار بتفاصيل الجاهزية الأولية.
- متابعة استكمال متطلبات مدة الدفع (خطابات الاعتماد، السلفة، الخ)
- متابعة مع البائع حتى الاستعداد لترتيب الشحنة.
- ترشيح وكيل الشحن للشحنة بعد تحليل عملية تقديم العطاءات
- متابعة ما قبل الشحن مع البائعين وشركات الشحن لضمان إدارة عمليات الشحن بشكل صحيح.
- إنشاء الشحنات في نظام SAP - إنشاء الوارد، إنشاء الشحنة، إنشاء التكلفة.
- عملية توثيق سابر للشحنات إلى المملكة العربية السعودية
- متابعة ما بعد الشحن مع البائع وشركات الشحن لجمع مستندات الشحن الأصلية في الوقت المناسب للتخليص الجمركي
- تتبع الشحنات وتحديث الأحداث في نظام SAP (ETD/ETA/ATP وما إلى ذلك)
- تسوية التناقض في الشحنة (الزيادة/النقص)
- تسوية فروق الفاتورة التجارية
المؤهلات:
- يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة الصناعية أو سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة
- - أكثر من 5 سنوات خبرة في نفس الدور.

- 1. الإشراف على فريق الدفع وإدارته في نشر فواتير البائعين، ومطابقة حساباتهم، وإعداد طلبات الدفع وتحديث النفقات المدفوعة مسبقًا والمستحقة؛
- 2. قم بتشغيل الدفع التلقائي الدوري للموردين لجميع البائعين واسترداد الأموال للعملاء.
- 3. مراقبة جميع أوامر الشراء المفتوحة (التداولية وغير التجارية) والتأكد من إغلاقها؛

- 8. تقديم تقرير شهري عن أرصدة الموردين والتقدم المحرز فيها؛
- 9. ضمان التقديم السليم لفواتير البائعين، والبيانات، والمقارنات والمدفوعات؛
- 10. إجراء مراجعات إغلاق نهاية الشهر والإجراءات والتصحيحات حسب الحاجة؛ و
- 11. التأكد من الحصول على البائعين على أساس ربع سنوي.
- 12. إجراء المراقبة والتأكد من التخصيص الدقيق للتكاليف لكل نشاط لضمان المحاسبة الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للمستحقات
- 13. تنفيذ عملية الدفع من خلال استلام وتسجيل فواتير الموردين والتحقق منها وفقًا لاتفاقيات العقد وشروط الدفع والتنسيق مع إدارة النقد لتنفيذ المدفوعات في الوقت المناسب
- 14. الرد على الاستفسارات الداخلية والخارجية المتعلقة بالمدفوعات والنفقات وتقديم التوضيحات ذات الصلة حسب الاقتضاء
- 15. إدارة توزيع عبء العمل بين المرؤوسين لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة وتعزيز التجميع
المؤهلات:
- 1.بكالوريوس في المحاسبة
- 2.CPA / CA / ACCA (مفضل)
