A General Trading Company in Al Rai is looking to fill the following positions:
Retail Counter Sales Executive
- Responsibilities: Assist customers at the retail counter, handle inquiries, provide product information, process sales transactions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (Arabic is a plus), basic knowledge of sales techniques, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or a related field in Kuwait.
Senior Accountant
- Responsibilities: Manage the accounting department, oversee financial transactions, prepare financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and provide financial analysis for decision-making.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 6+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in Kuwait), proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Junior Sales Executive
- Responsibilities: Support the sales team, identify potential clients, assist in sales presentations, manage client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in Kuwait), strong communication skills, fluency in English (Arabic is a plus), and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
Receptionist
- Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, manage appointments, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to various departments.
- Requirements: Good communication skills, fluency in English and Arabic, minimum of 1 year of experience in Kuwait, and a professional and welcoming demeanour.
Junior Accountant
- Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, manage accounts payable/receivable, maintain financial records, and support the senior accounting team in financial reporting.
- Requirements: 1-3 years of accounting experience in Kuwait, proficiency in accounting software, strong attention to detail, and English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage).

مسؤول مبيعات التجزئة
- المسؤوليات: مساعدة العملاء في متجر البيع بالتجزئة، والتعامل مع الاستفسارات، وتوفير معلومات المنتج، ومعالجة معاملات البيع، وضمان مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء.
- المتطلبات: مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي، إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية)، المعرفة الأساسية بتقنيات المبيعات، وخبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو مجال ذي صلة في الكويت.
محاسب أول
- المسؤوليات: إدارة قسم المحاسبة والإشراف على المعاملات المالية وإعداد البيانات المالية وضمان الامتثال للوائح المحاسبية وتوفير التحليل المالي لاتخاذ القرار.
- المتطلبات: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية، خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في المحاسبة (يفضل في الكويت)، الكفاءة في برامج المحاسبة، مهارات تحليلية قوية، وإتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
مدير مبيعات مبتدئ
- المسؤوليات: دعم فريق المبيعات، وتحديد العملاء المحتملين، والمساعدة في عروض المبيعات، وإدارة علاقات العملاء، والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- المتطلبات: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة، 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات (يفضل أن تكون في الكويت)، مهارات اتصال قوية، إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية هي ميزة إضافية)، والاستعداد للتعلم والنمو في مهنة المبيعات.
موظفة استقبال
- المسؤوليات: استقبال ومساعدة الزوار، والرد على المكالمات الهاتفية، وإدارة المواعيد، والتعامل مع الاستفسارات، وتقديم الدعم الإداري للأقسام المختلفة.
- المتطلبات: مهارات تواصل جيدة، إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في الكويت، وسلوك احترافي وترحيبي.
محاسب مبتدئ
- المسؤوليات: المساعدة في مهام المحاسبة اليومية، وإدارة الحسابات الدائنة/المدينة، والحفاظ على السجلات المالية، ودعم فريق المحاسبة العليا في إعداد التقارير المالية.
- المتطلبات: 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة المحاسبية في الكويت، والكفاءة في برامج المحاسبة، والاهتمام القوي بالتفاصيل، ومهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية هي ميزة إضافية).
