Civil Lab Technician
Full job description
- We are seeking talented Lab Technicians to join our team. As a Lab Technician,
- you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of construction materials.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of raw materials stock in the concrete batching plant and coordinate with suppliers
- Carry out testing duties of aggregates & concrete
- Complete tests & audits to fulfil quality certificates & product compliance
- Ensure products are delivered on time to the required quality
- Check concrete & make adjustments to recipes where necessary
- Check and maintain laboratory equipment with valid calibration certificates
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet testing schedule requirements.
- Records, and maintains test results and the records thereof and writes test reports for internal or external purposes.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety
- Prepare daily concrete casting reports; prepare concrete mix design
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry / geology / diploma in civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
- Strong knowledge of relevant testing standards and procedures
- Computer skills
- Good communications skills (Verbal/Writing).
- 18 – Transferable Residency
- Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD300 - KD400 per month

- نحن نبحث عن فنيي مختبر موهوبين للانضمام إلى فريقنا. بصفتك فني مختبر،
- ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في ضمان جودة وسلامة مواد البناء.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- مراقبة مخزون المواد الخام في مصنع الخلطة الخرسانية والتنسيق مع الموردين
- تنفيذ مهام اختبار المواد الخام والخرسانة
- إجراء الاختبارات والتدقيق الكاملين لتحقيق شهادات الجودة والامتثال للمنتج
- ضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المحدد بالجودة المطلوبة
- التحقق من الخرسانة وإجراء التعديلات على الوصفات عند الضرورة
- فحص وصيانة المعدات المعملية بشهادات معايرة صالحة
- إنشاء أو تعديل إجراءات العمل لتلبية متطلبات جدول الاختبار.
- يقوم بتسجيل نتائج الاختبارات والسجلات الخاصة بها ويحافظ عليها ويكتب تقارير الاختبارات لأغراض داخلية أو خارجية.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة بما في ذلك الصحة والسلامة
- إعداد تقارير صب الخرسانة اليومية؛ إعداد تصميم خليط الخرسانة
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في الكيمياء / الجيولوجيا / دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المجال
- معرفة قوية بمعايير وإجراءات الاختبار ذات الصلة
- مهارات الحاسوب
- مهارات التواصل الجيدة (اللفظي / الكتابي).
- 18- الإقامة القابلة للتحويل
- نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
الراتب: 300 د.ك - 400 د.ك شهريًا
