Mechanic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Should be able to carry preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps and auxiliaries.
- Execute and complete the daily tasks, assigned by the line manager within the stipulated timeframe.
- Plan and execute work as specified in operation manuals.
- Learn and acquire detailed practical and functional knowledge of assets and accessories such as but not limited to Pumps, Compressors, Air Dryers, Power Generator units.
- Should conduct inspection work on off hired and for assets before delivery to sites as assigned by the line manager.
- Responsible for the safe maintenance of Action assets and accessories in workshop.
- Ensure handover of work orders to service coordinators after completion of job, with the list of spare parts consumed during maintenance.
- Make a deliberate effort to gain a full understanding and working knowledge of the Company’s QHSE Policies and Procedures and adherence to the same.
- Maintain good housekeeping practice.
- Notify the Line Manager of any defects, mistakes, errors or variations identified during maintenance.
- Accomplish any additional jobs assigned by the line manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Certified mechanic or equivalent Knowledge in Groundwater control.
- Technical knowledge regarding maintenance and overhauling of pumps used for industrial application.
- Ability to interpret machine drawings and service manuals.
- Knowledge of industrial pumps inspection procedures.
- Good team skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety requirements, health and legislation.
- Result oriented
- 3+ years of work experience in mechanical maintenance in pumps. The job holder will acquire the relevant experience through Action’s in-house induction on other assets (Engines, high pressure pumps, air compressor, light towers, filter units).
- Middle East experience and a valid UAE driving License is an advantage

- يجب أن يكون قادرًا على إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمضخات والأجهزة المساعدة.
- تنفيذ وإكمال المهام اليومية الموكلة إليه من قبل مدير الخط ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ العمل كما هو محدد في أدلة التشغيل.
- تعلم واكتساب المعرفة العملية والوظيفية التفصيلية للأصول والملحقات مثل المضخات والضواغط ومجففات الهواء ووحدات مولدات الطاقة.
- يجب إجراء أعمال التفتيش على الأصول المستأجرة وغير المستأجرة قبل تسليمها إلى المواقع حسب تكليف مدير الخط.
- المسؤول عن الصيانة الآمنة لأصول العمل وملحقاته في ورشة العمل.
- ضمان تسليم أوامر العمل إلى منسقي الخدمة بعد الانتهاء من المهمة، مع قائمة قطع الغيار المستهلكة أثناء الصيانة.
- بذل جهد متعمد للحصول على فهم كامل ومعرفة عملية بسياسات وإجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة والالتزام بها.
- حافظ على ممارسات التدبير المنزلي الجيدة.
- إبلاغ مدير الخط عن أي عيوب أو أخطاء أو خلل أو اختلافات تم تحديدها أثناء الصيانة.
- إنجاز أي مهام إضافية يتم تكليفها من قبل مدير الخط.
متطلبات التأهيل
- ميكانيكي معتمد أو ما يعادله المعرفة في التحكم في المياه الجوفية.
- المعرفة الفنية فيما يتعلق بصيانة وتجديد المضخات المستخدمة في التطبيقات الصناعية.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الآلية ودليل الخدمة.
- معرفة إجراءات فحص المضخات الصناعية.
- مهارات العمل الجماعي الجيدة مع القدرة على التواصل والعمل بشكل فعال.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية شفهيًا وكتابيًا.
- معرفة المواد والآلات والمعدات.
- - معرفة متطلبات السلامة والصحة والتشريعات.
- موجه نحو النتائج
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الصيانة الميكانيكية للمضخات. سيكتسب صاحب الوظيفة الخبرة ذات الصلة من خلال التدريب الداخلي لشركة Action على الأصول الأخرى (المحركات، ومضخات الضغط العالي، وضواغط الهواء، وأبراج الإضاءة، ووحدات الترشيح).
