About this job
- Alghanim Automotive is seeking a Senior Executive for CRM and Customer Experience to join our team in Kuwait.
- In this role, you will support our CRM, BDC, and Customer Experience initiatives, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
- We are looking for someone who can apply creative solutions to enhance our customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Support the BDC and Customer Experience teams with insights and strategies.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the call center team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics.
- Identify gaps and implement new initiatives.
- Apply creative solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

المؤهلات:

- قدرات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وديناميكية.
