General Cashier
- Collection and reconciliation of cash and card collection.
- Primary review and approval of refunds in system.
- Receipt of cash and cheques from external parties.
- Depositing cash to bank appropriately.
- Disburse cash and cash equivalents to the concerned beneficiaries.
- Filing of all vouchers and keep track of files in archive room.
- Handling petty cash.
- Safe custody of cash and cash equivalents.
- Local hiring from inside Kuwait with a valid transferable residency.
Accountant
- Holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Min 3-5 year experience.:
- Review and processing of supplier / service invoices and Goods receipt vouchers.
- Review of inventory movements
- Preparation of cheques / bank transfers as per the payment terms.
- Review of purchase orders.
- Review and clearance of petty cash.
- Pass necessary vouchers, Debt / credit notes.
- Release of cheques.
- Liaison with suppliers.
- Local hiring from inside Kuwait with a valid transferable residency.

- المراجعة الأولية والموافقة على عمليات استرداد الأموال في النظام.
- استلام النقد والشيكات من الأطراف الخارجية.
- إيداع النقود في البنك بالطريقة المناسبة.
- صرف النقد وما يعادله للمستفيدين المعنيين.
- حفظ جميع القسائم وتتبع الملفات في غرفة الأرشيف.
- التعامل مع النقود الصغيرة.
- الحراسة الآمنة للنقد وما يعادله.
- التوظيف محليا من داخل الكويت بإقامة صالحة قابلة للتحويل.
محاسب
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة.
- الحد الأدنى من الخبرة 3-5 سنوات.:
- مراجعة ومعالجة فواتير الموردين / الخدمات وقسائم استلام البضائع.
- مراجعة حركة المخزون
- إعداد الشيكات / التحويلات المصرفية حسب شروط الدفع.
- مراجعة أوامر الشراء.
- مراجعة وتصفية النقدية الصغيرة.
- تمرير القسائم اللازمة ومذكرات الديون / الائتمان.
- إطلاق الشيكات.
- الارتباط مع الموردين.
- التوظيف محليا من داخل الكويت بإقامة صالحة قابلة للتحويل.
