Job Description: Oracle Apps Techno-Functional HCM Consultant.
- Location: Kuwait.
- Salary: 1000 - 1500 Kuwait Dinar (Based on experience).
Experience:
- • Minimum of 3-5 Years of Experience in Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR) as Techno Functional.
- • Experience in Implementing & Supporting Oracle HCM modules - Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, performance Management and I-recruitment.
- • Experience in writing Fast Formula’s
- • Experience on Oracle Forms & Reports, XML / BI Publisher Reporting Tools and Workflow
- • Experience in configuring Advanced Modeling Extension (AME) for Leave approvals etc.
- • Functional & technical experience in Oracle Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, and I-recruitment (web-based recruitment solution).
- • Experience in client facing role and must have worked on Requirements gathering, Product Workshop & Demo. etc.
- • Excellent communication, Project/stakeholder/team management skills.
- • Excellent Documentation, Presentation, Customer handling, problem solving, solution.
- • Experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
Duties:
- • Track and collect the reporting issues that the client face on HR system and database such as:
- - Monthly salary operation and related adjustments, deletion of operation or checking errors...etc.
- - Implementation of requests as information entry, modification, or cancelation.
- - Follow-up requests and notes such as employee data, track the transactions, detect errors...etc.
- - Executing and extracting reports and administrative data on demand.
- • Ensure that the processes are maintained by measuring the process performance, improving the processes, and removing variations maintain the processes.
- • Implement and execute any suggested enhancement and modification from either the organization or the company, after getting the approval from the organization to apply them.
- • Support client to execute the required needed in proper change management techniques and methodologies.
- • All requested technical tasks shall be implemented and tested on a client test system before being implemented on the production environment.
- • The consultant should provide the support onsite/offsite, during their valid contract period, in case of some emergency they must visit onsite.
- • The consultant shall attend on site minimum 7 hours during the working days according to the official working hours to be proved within our figure print system, and to be on call for any emergency on the other timing and off days.
