Al-Bayan International School (BIS) opened with the new name and fully restored campus in the Fall of 2017.


Originally founded in 1993, under the name of Fawzia Sultan International School (FSIS) in honor of Ms. Fawzia H. Sultan. FSIS was a non-profit, American curriculum school dedicated to serving the educational needs of children with learning differences. 


The first school of its kind in the Middle East, FSIS was established to recognize the problems of children who were intelligent and capable but who were not experiencing academic success.


Ms. Sultan was an avid believer in the importance and power of education, and she believed that every child deserved a chance to realize his/her learning potential. 


As such, now, the newly renamed BIS, serves all students, and continues the legacy of Ms. Sultan. BIS is a school that aims to create an educational environment that meets individual needs of every student.


WE ARE HIRING↔️

1- Elementary Counselor - Immediate hiring

  • The Counselor facilitates the academic, behavior and personal growth of students in their respective
  • schools. The Counselor will provide a well-rounded, student centered mental-health program that meets
  • the student’s needs and builds on areas of difficulty. Counselors will also contribute to school duty and
  • other school programs as required by school policy and/or contractual obligations.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field 
  • Counseling Credential or Certificate
  • 2 years of experience in Counseling


2- KG2 Teacher

BIS typically has representation at the below fairs:

  • SEARCH Associates Toronto Fair (early December)
  • The University of Northern Iowa (UNI) Fair (early February)
  • SEARCH Associates San Francisco Fair  (mid-February)

افتتحت مدرسة البيان الدولية (BIS) باسمها الجديد وحرمها الجامعي الذي تم تجديده بالكامل في خريف عام 2017.


تأسست المدرسة في عام 1993 تحت اسم مدرسة فوزية سلطان الدولية تكريماً للسيدة فوزية سلطان. كانت مدرسة فوزية سلطان الدولية مدرسة غير ربحية تتبع المنهج الأمريكي وتكرس جهودها لخدمة الاحتياجات التعليمية للأطفال ذوي الاختلافات في التعلم. 


تعد مدرسة FSIS أول مدرسة من نوعها في الشرق الأوسط، حيث تم إنشاؤها للتعرف على مشاكل الأطفال الأذكياء والمتمكنين ولكنهم لم يحققوا نجاحًا أكاديميًا.


كانت السيدة سلطان مؤمنة بشدة بأهمية التعليم وقوته، وكانت تعتقد أن كل طفل يستحق فرصة لتحقيق إمكاناته التعليمية. 


وعلى هذا النحو، تخدم مدرسة BIS الجديدة التي أعيدت تسميتها، جميع الطلاب، وتواصل إرث السيدة سلطان. مدرسة BIS هي مدرسة تهدف إلى خلق بيئة تعليمية تلبي الاحتياجات الفردية لكل طالب.


الوظائف الشاغرة 

1- مستشار ابتدائي - توظيف فوري

  • يعمل المستشار على تسهيل النمو الأكاديمي والسلوكي والشخصي للطلاب في كل مرحلة من مراحل حياتهم.
  • المدارس. سيقدم المستشار برنامجًا متكاملًا للصحة العقلية يركز على الطالب ويلبي احتياجاته.
  • احتياجات الطالب والبناء على مجالات الصعوبة. كما سيساهم المستشارون أيضًا في واجب المدرسة
  • برامج مدرسية أخرى حسبما تقتضيه سياسة المدرسة و/أو الالتزامات التعاقدية.

المتطلبات الدنيا: 

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الإرشاد أو علم النفس أو مجال ذي صلة 
  • شهادة أو مؤهل استشاري
  • 2 سنة خبرة في مجال الاستشارة


2- معلمة رياض أطفال

عادة ما يكون لدى BIS تمثيل في المعارض التالية:

  • معرض SEARCH Associates في تورنتو (أوائل ديسمبر)
  • معرض جامعة شمال أيوا (UNI) (أوائل فبراير)
  • معرض SEARCH Associates في سان فرانسيسكو (منتصف فبراير)
