Landscape Architect – Full-Time Role
Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Landscape Architect based in Kuwait. The position involves planning, research, design, and on-site supervision. We’re looking for someone who understands and respects the land—someone who works with it, not against it. We care more about your experience, creativity, and passion than formal degrees—what you’ve done matters more than the paper that says it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop master plans, conceptual designs, and detailed layouts for residential, commercial, and public projects.
- Conduct thorough site analyses to inform design decisions.
- Prepare construction documents, including planting plans, grading designs, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Oversee on-site construction to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in landscape design and execution.
- Knowledge of regional plant species, soil conditions, and sustainable landscape practices.
- Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, lighting design, and hardscape materials.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to read and create drawings, including grading, planting, and construction plans.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively.
- Passion for sustainability and ecological design principles.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges in the design and construction process.
