- Professionally Qualified with "Chartered Accountant" : CA, CMA, with 15 -20 years similar job business experience urgently required.
Very Good Salary Offered as per industry. Person should be capable to do :

- 2. Deal with Banks for financing & Funds Management
- 3. Undertake business development activities
- 4. Control Business Operations
- 5. Generate meaningful MIS reports
- 6. Control & guide Finance, Accounts & Treasury staff
- 7. Financial Reports and deal with Auditors
- 8. Plan C A S H F L O W effectively.
- 9. Control Receipts & Payments
- 10. Draft Legal Agreements / Commercial Contracts
- 11. Negotiate with vendors & Clients
- 12. Do Investment Analysis, NPV, IRR, Payback, Return on Investments.
- 13. Costing of Business Opportunities & Cost Control
- 13. Undertake Business Travels for development activities and New Business Opportunities.
- 14. Supports Managers in Tendering, Bid Bond, PBG, APG etc.
- Must be "Indian" with Strong Sense of FINANCE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT in Contracting, Maintenance, trading, retail, Joint Ventures, Brand Agency etc.
- High Salary will be offered for Right Person.
