Mutawa Alkazi Company Limited was founded in 1958. In 1959 it became the exclusive distributor for Honda Motor Company in Kuwait.
It cooperated with international automobile companies as the exclusive distributor for their products in Kuwait, which varied from cars, motorcycles, power generators and a variety of other equipment. In 1974 the number of employees in the main office was only 15, employees following a quarter of a century, this number steadily grew to reach more than 300.
The Mutawa Alkazi Company name in Kuwait became synonymous with consumer confidence and satisfaction as a result of its endeavors throughout the years.
Since inception, the Company ethos has been centered on providing the highest level of service to its customers and in doing so it has received many awards for customer satisfaction for both its sales and after sales operations from both international and local well known survey companies.
In March 1996, the Company expanded operations when it opened an exclusive 3S facility in Ahmadi covering 5,000 square meters. The Centre included a Car Showroom, Motorcycle and Power Product Showroom, a Service Centre, Body Repair Centre, Spare Parts Warehouse and Sales Outlet in addition to several Quick Service bays and a Car Wash station.
In 2004, the Shuwaikh Service Centre underwent a major renovation project which included the addition of Quick Service bays, a Car Showroom and a Spare Parts Sales Outlet thereby making the Service Centre a second fully fledged 3S facility.
Both 3S facilities are equipped with the latest technical equipment and machinery for examination and easy diagnosis for any type of fault. The Company has a team of professional, highly trained and experienced mechanics and technicians who have the support of a knowledgeable and reassuring reception team. As a result customers are well taken care of from the minute they arrive at any one of the service facilities.
Mutawa Alkazi Company further expanded its operations in 2012 with the opening of the exclusive Automotive Showroom in the upmarket, Al Tilal Complex in Shuwaikh.
The Showroom is one of the largest and most prestigious automotive showrooms in Kuwait.
Presently the Mutawa Alkazi Group represents the following global automotive manufacturers known as GAC Motor, BAIC, and DFM.

تأسست شركة مطاوع القاضي المحدودة في عام 1958. وفي عام 1959 أصبحت الموزع الحصري لشركة هوندا للسيارات في الكويت.
وتعاونت مع شركات السيارات العالمية كموزع حصري لمنتجاتها في الكويت والتي تنوعت من السيارات والدراجات النارية ومولدات الطاقة ومجموعة متنوعة من المعدات الأخرى، وفي عام 1974 كان عدد الموظفين في المكتب الرئيسي 15 موظفاً فقط، وبعد ربع قرن من الزمان تزايد هذا العدد بشكل مطرد ليصل إلى أكثر من 300 موظف.
لقد أصبح اسم شركة مطاوع القاضي في الكويت مرادفاً لثقة المستهلك ورضاه نتيجة لجهودها على مر السنين.
منذ تأسيسها، تركز فلسفة الشركة على تقديم أعلى مستوى من الخدمة لعملائها، وبذلك حصلت على العديد من الجوائز لرضا العملاء عن عمليات المبيعات وما بعد البيع من شركات المسح المعروفة دولياً ومحلياً.
في مارس 1996، وسعت الشركة عملياتها عندما افتتحت منشأة حصرية في الأحمدي تغطي مساحة 5000 متر مربع. وشمل المركز معرضًا للسيارات، وصالة عرض للدراجات النارية ومنتجات الطاقة، ومركز خدمة، ومركز إصلاح الهياكل، ومستودع قطع غيار ومنافذ بيع بالإضافة إلى العديد من حظائر الخدمة السريعة ومحطة غسيل السيارات.
في عام 2004، خضع مركز خدمة الشويخ لمشروع تجديد كبير تضمن إضافة حجرات الخدمة السريعة وصالة عرض للسيارات ومنافذ بيع قطع الغيار، مما جعل مركز الخدمة منشأة ثانية متكاملة الخدمات.
تم تجهيز مرافق 3S بأحدث المعدات والآلات الفنية للفحص والتشخيص السهل لأي نوع من الأعطال. تمتلك الشركة فريقًا من الميكانيكيين والفنيين المحترفين والمدربين تدريبًا عاليًا والذين يتمتعون بدعم فريق استقبال متمرس ومطمئن. ونتيجة لذلك، يتم الاعتناء بالعملاء جيدًا منذ اللحظة التي يصلون فيها إلى أي من مرافق الخدمة.
وفي عام 2012، توسعت شركة مطاوع القاضي في عملياتها بافتتاح معرض السيارات الحصري في مجمع التلال الراقي في الشويخ.
يعد المعرض أحد أكبر وأرقى صالات عرض السيارات في الكويت.
تمثل مجموعة مطاوع القاضي في الوقت الحاضر شركات تصنيع السيارات العالمية التالية والمعروفة باسم GAC Motor، وBAIC، وDFM.
