Aircraft Maintenance Program Coordinator I
Full job description
- Overview: Under the direction of the KAF Directorate of Logistics and Support, the Aircraft Maintenance Program Advisor will provide essential advisory assistance and training to the KAF on all maintenance and maintenance management programs.
- The advisor will assist in developing, implementing, and coordinating aviation maintenance programs and procedures in line with the Kuwait Aviation Maintenance Program (KAMP) procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise and Training
- Deliver technical expertise, advice, and training on aircraft technical matters to KAF officers and enlisted personnel.
- Policy and Procedure Evaluation
- Review, evaluate, and provide strategic advice to KAF managers on existing policies and procedures.
- Program Development and Implementation
- Assist KAF officers, enlisted personnel, and civilians in developing, implementing, and coordinating effective management programs for aircraft weapons systems.
- Problem Analysis and Corrective Measures
- Analyze problem areas within maintenance programs and recommend corrective measures to resolve deficiencies.
- On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Cross Training
- Support on-the-job training (OJT) and cross training initiatives to enhance the skills of KAF personnel.
- Technical Directives and Communication
- Assist KAF officers in managing incoming NAVAIR letters and technical directives, providing clear guidance on their implementation.
- Minimum Personnel Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an aviation maintenance technical field.
- At least 4 years of experience in positions related to the implementation of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, schematics, and detailed instructions, and effectively communicate this information to KAF personnel.
- Management-level administrative capabilities with the ability to provide detailed instructions to foreign nationals.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency with PCs and familiarity with commercial word processing programs.
Security Clearance:
- Must possess a US Secret security clearance.

الوصف الكامل للوظيفة
- نظرة عامة: تحت إشراف مديرية الدعم واللوجستيات في القوات الجوية الكورية، سيقدم مستشار برنامج صيانة الطائرات المساعدة الاستشارية الأساسية والتدريب للقوات الجوية الكورية في جميع برامج الصيانة وإدارة الصيانة.
- سيساعد المستشار في تطوير وتنفيذ وتنسيق برامج وإجراءات صيانة الطيران بما يتماشى مع إجراءات برنامج صيانة الطيران الكويتي (KAMP).
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الخبرة الفنية والتدريب
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية والمشورة والتدريب بشأن المسائل الفنية للطائرات لضباط القوات الجوية الكويتية والأفراد المجندين.
- تقييم السياسات والإجراءات
- مراجعة وتقييم وتقديم المشورة الاستراتيجية لمديري KAF بشأن السياسات والإجراءات الحالية.
- تطوير البرامج وتنفيذها
- مساعدة ضباط القوات الجوية الملكية الماليزية والأفراد المجندين والمدنيين في تطوير وتنفيذ وتنسيق برامج الإدارة الفعالة لأنظمة أسلحة الطائرات.
- تحليل المشكلة والتدابير التصحيحية
- تحليل مجالات المشاكل ضمن برامج الصيانة والتوصية بالتدابير التصحيحية لحل أوجه القصور.
- التدريب أثناء العمل والتدريب المتبادل
- دعم التدريب أثناء العمل ومبادرات التدريب المتبادل لتعزيز مهارات موظفي القوات المسلحة الكويتية.
- التوجيهات الفنية والاتصالات
- مساعدة ضباط القوات الجوية الملكية الماليزية في إدارة خطابات NAVAIR الواردة والتوجيهات الفنية، وتقديم إرشادات واضحة بشأن تنفيذها.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة للموظفين:
- خبرة:
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التقنية الخاصة بصيانة الطيران.
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مناصب مرتبطة بتنفيذ سلسلة COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2.
المهارات الفنية:
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات والمخططات والتعليمات التفصيلية، وتوصيل هذه المعلومات بشكل فعال إلى موظفي KAF.
