Part-time job in Kuwait for an employee with experience in human resources and management (accounting)

Part Time Position (HR and Admin experience)
A small company (5-10employees) in Industrial Shuwaikh is looking to fill a part time position.
[object NodeList][object NodeList]- Flexible part time hours. Not daily.
- Schedule can be discussed.
Requirements and duties include :
- Must be self motivating and able to set up the HR and accounting systems for this company.
- Hard working
- Experienced
- Great English reading and writing skills
- Experience in HR
- (Maintain employee records, payroll, Pay-slips, Overtime, Attendance, Posting Leaves, Monitor Civil ID, Rollout Memos and HR policies and procedures & etc)
Accounting experience
- - Complete day-to-day recording of transactions.
- - Cross check all receipts and staff over time and create reports.
Upload all receipts onto Xero
- • Ensure Monthly closing is accurate
- * Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Manage inventory and do costing on the f&b items
- *Manage Petty Cash and expenses
- *expenses, payroll records etc.
