Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor with a strong background in delivery and logistics.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and coordinating with drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing daily operations.
- This role is critical to maintaining our high service standards and supporting our business's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.
- Manage a team of drivers, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and addressing any operational issues.
- Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints related to delivery services.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations role within the delivery and logistics industry.
- Proven experience in managing drivers and coordinating delivery operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

المسمى الوظيفي:
- نحن نبحث عن مشرف عمليات ذو خبرة ولديه خلفية قوية في التسليم والخدمات اللوجستية.
- يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة عملية في إدارة السائقين والتنسيق معهم، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب، وتحسين العمليات اليومية.
- يعد هذا الدور ضروريًا للحفاظ على معايير الخدمة العالية لدينا ودعم نمو أعمالنا.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية، والتأكد من إتمام جميع عمليات التسليم بكفاءة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- إدارة فريق من السائقين، بما في ذلك الجدولة، ومراقبة الأداء، ومعالجة أي مشكلات تشغيلية.
- تحسين طرق التسليم لتحسين الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- مراقبة وإعداد التقارير حول مقاييس الأداء التشغيلي.
- تنفيذ والحفاظ على معايير السلامة والامتثال لسياسات الشركة.
- المساعدة في حل شكاوى العملاء المتعلقة بخدمات التوصيل.
- تحديد الفرص بشكل مستمر لتحسين العمليات.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور العمليات ضمن قطاع التوصيل والخدمات اللوجستية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة السائقين وتنسيق عمليات التسليم.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات سريعة وفعالة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة.
