Public Relations Officer (Mandoob)
Job Description:
- Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas, etc., in the Social Affairs Office, as well as prepare online applications for immigration in compliance with government laws and regulations.
- Timely follow-up on residence renewals.
- Keep records of personnel for visas, passports, ID, and other important documents.
- Update and communicate all new laws or rules issued by the government.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and current affairs.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws.
- Must have knowledge and experience in all governmental/legal documentation and procedures.
- Deliver and receive cash/clearing cheques/other documents to and from local banks promptly.
- Responsible for hand delivery of important departmental mails/documents to the respective companies on time.
Skills:
- Very good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and immigration procedures.
- In-depth understanding of Kuwait legal regulations and ministry rules and requirements.
- Strong knowledge of using Government Online Portals.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills - both oral and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a car.
- Good knowledge of the locations of ministerial offices and local banks.
- Local candidates with valid and transferable visa.

وصف الوظيفة:
- إعداد ومعالجة الطلبات المتعلقة بتصاريح العمل، تأشيرات الموظفين، إلخ، في مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى إعداد الطلبات عبر الإنترنت للهجرة بما يتوافق مع قوانين وتنظيمات الحكومة.
- المتابعة في الوقت المناسب لتجديد الإقامات.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات الموظفين الخاصة بالتأشيرات، جوازات السفر، الهويات، وغيرها من الوثائق المهمة.
- تحديث والتواصل بشأن جميع القوانين أو القواعد الجديدة الصادرة عن الحكومة.
- متابعة التغييرات في التشريعات والأحداث الجارية.
- الحفاظ على سرية تامة للسجلات.
- ضمان امتثال الشركة لقوانين العمل.
- يجب أن يكون لديه معرفة وخبرة في جميع الوثائق والإجراءات الحكومية / القانونية.
- تسليم واستلام النقد / الشيكات / المستندات الأخرى من وإلى البنوك المحلية بسرعة.
- مسؤول عن تسليم البريد / المستندات الهامة الخاصة بالإدارة إلى الشركات المعنية في الوقت المحدد.
المهارات:
- معرفة جيدة جداً بقانون العمل الكويتي وإجراءات الهجرة.
- فهم عميق للتنظيمات القانونية الكويتية وقواعد ومتطلبات الوزارة.
- معرفة قوية باستخدام البوابات الحكومية الإلكترونية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية - شفهياً وكتابياً.
- إجادة استخدام مجموعة Microsoft Office (Word وExcel).
- يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة سارية مع سيارة.
- معرفة جيدة بمواقع المكاتب الوزارية والبنوك المحلية.
- مرشحون محليون يحملون تأشيرات سارية وقابلة للتحويل.
