Affiliate/Influencer Specialist - Customer & Technology
Role Profile: Influencer Marketing
- Execute the influencer marketing strategy to deliver the marketing/business objectives across retail, food & beverage, and wellness.
- Use insights to identify key influencers/content partners and assist in building relationships between the brand and the influencer's audience.
- Ensure audience engagement across the influencer’s channels by suggesting optimizations throughout the campaign to ensure success.
- Adopt a consumer-relevant approach to ensure audience engagement focusing on the UAE, Kuwait, KSA, and Egypt.
- Report on measures of success/KPIs at the agreed campaign frequency, ensuring all campaign tracking is set up correctly.
- Monitor campaign performance across Brand Watch and Social Bakers, identifying trends and benchmarks to aid in future campaign planning.
- Coordinate activations with brands and influencers.
- Maintain a critical analytical eye on activity to spot opportunities for growth and act on them.
Core Capabilities That This Group Should Have:
- Great collaborators, working with many internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactivity in spotting opportunities outside of a brief.
- Passionate about influencer/consumer communications marketing initiatives.
- Solid understanding of the influencer landscape across social channels in KSA, UAE, Egypt, and Kuwait.
- A passion for creativity and storytelling.
What We Require:
- 1-2 years of influencer, content, and/or PR experience.
- Solid understanding of current and emerging social channels.
- Basic understanding of how to shoot SI and MI content on different social channels.
- Ability to think on your feet and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Emirati candidates are preferred.

- تنفيذ استراتيجية تسويق المؤثرين لتحقيق الأهداف التسويقية/الأعمال في قطاعات التجزئة والأغذية والمشروبات والعافية.
- استخدام الرؤى لتحديد المؤثرين/شركاء المحتوى الرئيسيين والمساعدة في بناء العلاقات بين العلامة التجارية وجمهور المؤثر.
- ضمان تفاعل الجمهور عبر قنوات المؤثر من خلال اقتراح تحسينات طوال الحملة لضمان النجاح.
- اعتماد نهج يركز على المستهلك لضمان تفاعل الجمهور مع التركيز على الإمارات والكويت والسعودية ومصر.
- تقديم تقارير عن مقاييس النجاح/المؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء في التكرار المتفق عليه، وضمان إعداد جميع تتبعات الحملة بشكل صحيح.
- مراقبة أداء الحملة عبر Brand Watch وSocial Bakers، وتحديد الاتجاهات والمعايير التي تساعد في التخطيط للحملات المستقبلية.
- تنسيق الأنشطة مع العلامات التجارية والمؤثرين.
- الحفاظ على نظرة تحليلية نقدية على الأنشطة لتحديد الفرص للنمو والتحرك لتحقيقها.
المهارات الأساسية التي يجب أن يمتلكها هذا الفريق:
- متعاونون رائعون، يعملون مع العديد من أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- القدرة على استبصار الفرص خارج نطاق الإحاطة.
- شغف بمبادرات تسويق الاتصالات مع المؤثرين/المستهلكين.
- فهم قوي لمشهد المؤثرين عبر قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي في السعودية والإمارات ومصر والكويت.
- شغف بالإبداع وسرد القصص.
ما نحتاجه:
- خبرة من 1-2 سنة في المؤثرين أو المحتوى أو العلاقات العامة.
- فهم قوي للقنوات الاجتماعية الحالية والناشئة.
- فهم أساسي لكيفية تصوير محتوى SI وMI على القنوات الاجتماعية المختلفة.
- القدرة على التفكير بسرعة والتعاون مع مجموعة متنوعة من أصحاب المصلحة.
- يُفضل المرشحون الإماراتيون.
