Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at MMC Catering in Kuwait. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining quality food & beverage standards, and fostering a positive dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Kuwait applicants only with 18-Ahli transferable visa
- Bilingual English and Arabic is a must
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Understanding of financial metrics and performance indicators.
