Position: Advanced Field Service Engineer

About the Job:

Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs. We have an opportunity for an Advanced Field Services Engineer to join us at Honeywell in Kuwait. As an Advanced Field Service Engineer, you will provide advanced technical facilitation and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring

the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate cyber-Database of the Installed Base by updating the Repository.
Perform or ensure cyber–Preventative Maintenance Tasks are completed on time.
Keep customers informed on technical notifications and advise on recommended corrective actions.
Issue monthly reports to customers on the activities and system health as per the Reporting Guidelines.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, working with or independently to advise clients of new technology or services that will add value.
Assist with driving awareness for breakthrough initiatives.
Work with Solution Architect to maintain the Automation Plans.
Provide technical leadership for the project, coordinating and planning activities.
Define required deliverables as per the GPM, working with PM to develop the schedule.
Ensure deliverables quality and accuracy, proactively managing the delivery/schedule.
Maintain data and prepare as well as drive project gate reviews as per Honeywell GPM practices.
Proactively engage and inform the Project Manager of resource requirements.
Drive all technical issues as liaison with TAC to ensure successful resolution.
Proactively manage risks and opportunities, keeping the PM informed.
Stay technically current with the HPS/HCI product/systems portfolio.
Provide 24/7 support for assigned clients as per the Stand-By Roster issued Monthly.
Support the development of Kuwait LSS resources through knowledge sharing and active mentoring of assigned mentees.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a computer/electrical related field such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Electronics/Electrical, or a minimum of 7 years’ experience in industrial automation network systems engineering.
7 years’ experience as senior FSE, with minimum certification L3/L4 or OPM L4 in handling Honeywell DCS (TPS & EPKS).
Experience in project environments with commissioning and SAT experience, minimum 2 years with virtualization experience.
CCNI and Cybersecurity certification is a distinct advantage.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in industrial cybersecurity.
Preferred CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional or similar security certification.
Preferred CISCO Certified Network/Design/Security Professional (at least one) – must currently be certified or in the process of certification/renewal.
Linux/Windows Security Basics.
5+ years working with IT Security, 5+ years Industrial Networking, 2+ years Leading Security Projects, 2+ years performing audits/assessments.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network and/or application issues.
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements.
Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion.

العمل مع مهندس الحلول للحفاظ على خطط الأتمتة.

تحديد التسليمات المطلوبة وفقًا لنموذج إدارة المشاريع، والعمل مع مدير المشروع لتطوير الجدول الزمني.
ضمان جودة و دقة التسليمات، وإدارة الجدول الزمني بنشاط.
الحفاظ على البيانات وإعداد ومراجعة بوابات المشاريع وفقًا لممارسات إدارة المشاريع لدى Honeywell.
الانخراط بنشاط وإبلاغ مدير المشروع بمتطلبات الموارد.
إدارة جميع القضايا الفنية كحلقة وصل مع مركز الدعم الفني لضمان الحل الناجح.
إدارة المخاطر والفرص بنشاط، مع إبقاء مدير المشروع على اطلاع.
البقاء على اطلاع بالتكنولوجيا الحالية الخاصة بمنتجات وأنظمة HPS/HCI.
تقديم الدعم على مدار 24 ساعة للعملاء المعينين وفقًا لقائمة الاستعداد الشهرية.
دعم تطوير موارد LSS في الكويت من خلال مشاركة المعرفة والإشراف النشط على المتدربين المعينين.

المهارات والمؤهلات الرئيسية:

درجة بكاليوس في مجال الحاسوب/الكهرباء مثل علوم الكمبيوتر، أو نظم المعلومات الحاسوبية، أو الإلكترونيات/الكهرباء، أو خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في هندسة أنظمة الشبكات للأتمتة الصناعية.
7 سنوات من الخبرة كمهندس خدمات ميدانية كبير، مع الحد الأدنى من الشهادة L3/L4 أو OPM L4 في التعامل مع أنظمة Honeywell DCS (TPS & EPKS).
خبرة في بيئات المشاريع مع خبرة في التشغيل التجريبي والتسليم النهائي، الحد الأدنى سنتين مع خبرة في الافتراضية.
تعتبر الشهادات CCNI والأمن السيبراني ميزة مميزة.
