Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Consultant at Kuwait Oil Company. The Nursing Consultant will be responsible for utilization management, providing medical expertise, nursing care, long-term care support, and training within the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and preferably a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in relevant specialties.
- A minimum of 18 years' experience in one of the above specialties as a senior nurse expert.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Experience participating in hospital-wide committees as a decision-maker.
- Involvement in nursing research aimed at improving nursing and clinical processes.
- Valid nursing practice license from a national licensing board or a similar recognized institution.
- Completion of accredited training courses (ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS, ALCO, BLSO).

المؤهلات:
- بكاليوس العلوم في التمريض (BSN) ويفضل ماجستير العلوم في التمريض (MSN) في التخصصات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 18 عامًا في أحد التخصصات المذكورة كخبير تمريض أول.
- المؤهلات الإضافية:
- خبرة في المشاركة في اللجان على مستوى المستشفى كصانع قرار.
- الانخراط في الأبحاث التمريضية التي تهدف إلى تحسين عمليات التمريض والعيادات.
- رخصة ممارسة التمريض سارية من هيئة الترخيص الوطنية أو مؤسسة مماثلة معترف بها.
- إتمام دورات تدريبية معتمدة (ACLS، BLS، PALS، ATLS، ALCO، BLSO).
