Showroom Coordinator

Provide excellent service to showroom clients and promote all types of products professionally.
Key Tasks:
- Promote and sell BanoPuratos’ products to walk-in customers.
- Provide sales and administrative support through various duties such as taking customers’ orders, following up on customers’ transactions, and invoicing sales orders.
- Provide support to the sales department and customers during the sales process.
- Help walk-in customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the showroom’s inventory and transfers.
- Request the needed/missing products for the showroom.
- Handle received mails and contact courier companies for external mail.
- Communicate with the procurement department, in coordination with the warehouse department, to set the needed goods from different suppliers.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when needed.
Job Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of the products and the markets.

المهام الرئيسية:
- الترويج وبيع منتجات بانو بوراتوس للعملاء الذين يزورون المعرض.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري والمبيعات من خلال مهام مختلفة مثل تلقي طلبات العملاء، ومتابعة معاملات العملاء، وإصدار فواتير الطلبات.
- تقديم الدعم لقسم المبيعات والعملاء خلال عملية البيع.
- مساعدة العملاء الذين يزورون المعرض في حل المشاكل المتعلقة بالمبيعات في الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء.
- مسؤول عن جرد المعرض والنقل.
- طلب المنتجات اللازمة/المفقودة للمعرض.
- التعامل مع الرسائل الواردة والتواصل مع شركات البريد الخارجي.
- التواصل مع قسم المشتريات، بالتنسيق مع قسم المستودعات، لتحديد السلع اللازمة من الموردين المختلفين.
- الرد على شكاوى العملاء وتقديم الدعم بعد البيع عند الحاجة.
الملف الشخصي للوظيفة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- من 2 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات.
- الطلاقة في الإنجليزية والعربية.
- معرفة بمبادئ وممارسات المبيعات.
- معرفة بمبادئ خدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على تطوير معرفة عميقة بالمنتجات والأسواق.
