In Charge - Lime and Dololime Calcination Plant
About the Job:
We are looking for a talented and skilled Plant In Charge in the Lime and Dolomite Plant to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. You will perform and supervise all activities related to the Lime plant process and briquetting plant while maintaining a safe working environment. Additionally, you will perform related activities for process and quality improvement as directed by your immediate supervisor.
Duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Achieving production targets with the required quality.
- Minimizing production costs by eliminating wastages with optimum usage of resources.
- Completing all shift reports and communicating key issues with superiors and subordinates.
- Ensuring compliance with safe working practices in the plant and executing all industrial safety rules for safeguarding personnel and machinery.
- Investigating and preparing reports of incidents and major delays resulting in property/physical damage and production loss, submitting them to your immediate supervisor.
- Monitoring, controlling, and taking corrective actions for all production activities.
- Suggesting and initiating development projects for process and quality improvement to your superior.
- Coordinating with the maintenance crew for shutdown and maintenance jobs to ensure smooth sequencing of operations.
- Following the instructions given by your immediate superior.
- Allocating jobs and delivering responsibilities to fellow workers.
- Coordinating and supervising all activities pertaining to good housekeeping in the plant.
- Analyzing and understanding the input feed and output finished product specifications and quality standards, as well as equipment capability.
- Complying with and implementing company policies and regulations.
- Performing other tasks as delegated by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Metallurgy, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or higher.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Lime Plant operations.
Skills:
- Sound technical knowledge in Lime Plant operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in computer software skills.

- اقتراح وبدء مشاريع التطوير لتحسين العملية والجودة للمشرف المباشر.
- التنسيق مع طاقم الصيانة لأعمال التوقف وأعمال الصيانة لضمان تسلسل العمليات بسلاسة.
- اتباع التعليمات المقدمة من المشرف المباشر.
- توزيع المهام وتسليم المسؤوليات للعمال الزملاء.
- تنسيق وإشراف جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالحفاظ على نظافة المصنع.
- تحليل وفهم مواصفات تغذية المدخلات والمنتج النهائي ومعايير الجودة وكذلك قدرة المعدات.
- الامتثال وتنفيذ سياسات الشركة ولائحتها.
- أداء مهام أخرى كما يوجهها المشرفون.
المؤهلات:
- دبلوم في المعادن أو الكيمياء أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو أعلى.
الخبرة:
- الحد الأدنى من 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في عمليات مصنع الكلس.
المهارات:
- معرفة فنية سليمة في عمليات مصنع الكلس.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة.
- مهارات اتخاذ القرار.
- كفاءة في استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر.
