Workshop Supervisor – TRS – Kuwait
Job Description:
- Manage the department, coordinate and organize work activities.
- Contribute to cooperation and experience transfer between the equipment group and other workshops.
- Requisition necessary equipment and services according to the budget.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the workshop.
- Participate in the duty scheme if necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the company’s products/services by the agreed quality, cost, and delivery time.
- Prioritize tasks correctly to ensure equipment is delivered according to deadlines, with the necessary quality control carried out according to internal and external requirements, regulations, and policies.
- Follow rules and procedures, and report incidents, dangerous behavior, and hazardous conditions.
- Ensure maintenance is planned and executed according to established processes and standards.
- Ensure the maintenance system, IFS, is used according to procedures and routines.

وصف الوظيفة:
- إدارة القسم، تنسيق وتنظيم الأنشطة.
- المساهمة في التعاون ونقل الخبرات بين مجموعة المعدات وورش العمل الأخرى.
- طلب المعدات والخدمات اللازمة وفقًا للميزانية.
- ضمان النظافة والنظام في الورشة.
- المشاركة في نظام الدوام إذا لزم الأمر.
- أداء المهام الأخرى كما يتم تكليفها.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تقديم منتجات/خدمات الشركة وفقًا للجودة والتكلفة والوقت المحدد.
- تحديد الأولويات بشكل صحيح لضمان تسليم المعدات وفقًا للمواعيد النهائية مع تنفيذ رقابة الجودة اللازمة وفقًا للمتطلبات الداخلية والخارجية، اللوائح والسياسات.
- اتباع القواعد والإجراءات، والتفاعل مع الحوادث، والسلوكيات الخطرة، والظروف الخطرة، والإبلاغ عنها.
- ضمان تخطيط وصيانة المعدات وفقًا للعمليات والمعايير المحددة.
- ضمان استخدام نظام الصيانة، IFS، وفقًا للإجراءات والروتينات المعتمدة.
