Ecosystem Growth Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with developer communities, founders, VCs, trading firms, infrastructure partners, and other key stakeholders to support the growth of the Citrea ecosystem.
- Plan and implement initiatives to drive ecosystem expansion.
- Identify and resolve friction points and obstacles for ecosystem participants.
- Foster inter-ecosystem collaborations and partnerships.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development, marketing, product development, venture capital, or as an early contributor in the crypto space.
- Experience working with early-stage startups.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with the ability to deeply research and understand emerging technologies, innovative designs, and marketing strategies.
- Established network and relationships with developers and relevant groups within the crypto industry.
- Fundraising experience is an advantage.

- شبكة علاقات قوية مع المطورين والمجتمعات ذات الصلة في صناعة التشفير.
- خبرة في جمع الأموال تعد ميزة إضافية.
