Full Stack Developer + Fintech Domain (Team Lead)
About the Job:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer - Team Lead to design, develop, deploy, and optimize cutting-edge FinTech software solutions. You will lead a team, mentor members, and ensure seamless project execution while collaborating with stakeholders to meet technical and consumer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization of FinTech applications.
- Contribute to design blueprints, API specifications, and technical documentation.
- Perform full-stack development using modern programming languages and frameworks for both front-end and back-end tasks.
- Oversee application performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform optimization.
- Design and develop APIs, manage data integration, and address performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and performance testing, with automation tools.
- Guide team members through mentorship and technical knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate on UI/UX design, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Manage deployment in diverse environments, leveraging CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical support for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Screening Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Candidates must currently reside in Kuwait and possess a transferable Visa 18.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

نحن نبحث عن مطور Full Stack - قائد الفريق لتصميم وتطوير ونشر وتحسين حلول البرمجيات الحديثة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية. ستقود فريقًا، وتوجيه الأعضاء، وضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بسلاسة بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتلبية المتطلبات التقنية ومتطلبات المستهلك.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة تصميم وتطوير واختبار ونشر وتحسين التطبيقات المالية.
- المساهمة في تطوير المخططات التصميمية، مواصفات واجهات البرمجة (API)، والوثائق الفنية.
- إجراء تطوير Full Stack باستخدام لغات البرمجة الحديثة والأطر الخاصة بالمهام الأمامية والخلفية.
- الإشراف على أداء التطبيقات، استجابتها، وتحسينها عبر الأنظمة الأساسية المختلفة.
- تصميم وتطوير واجهات البرمجة (APIs)، إدارة تكامل البيانات، ومعالجة اختناقات الأداء.
- إجراء اختبارات شاملة بما في ذلك الاختبارات الفردية، تكاملية، وأداء، باستخدام أدوات الأتمتة.
- توجيه الأعضاء من خلال الإرشاد وتبادل المعرفة الفنية.
- التعاون في تصميم واجهات المستخدم (UI/UX)، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
- إدارة النشر في بيئات متعددة باستخدام خطوط CI/CD.
- توفير الدعم الفني للتطبيقات على الويب والهاتف المحمول وأجهزة سطح المكتب.
معايير الفحص:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير Full Stack.
- يجب أن يكون المرشحون مقيمين حاليًا في الكويت ويحملون تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل (فيزا 18).
- يفضل الانضمام الفوري.
