Job Title: Construction Manager - Pavement Quality Concrete/Rigid Pavements
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and select suitable pavement materials such as asphalt, concrete, aggregates, etc.
- Perform structural analysis to ensure pavement durability.
- Prepare pavement construction specifications, incorporate sustainable practices, and assess environmental impacts.
- Construct pavements considering climate, traffic, soil, and load capacity.
- Conduct tests and inspections for material quality and placement.
- Develop pavement management plans and strategies.
- Document design plans, construction, and maintenance records.
- Ensure pavements meet safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and engineers.
- Oversee budget and project resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in civil engineering with any other related qualifications.
- Proficiency in engineering software for pavement design and analysis, such as AutoCAD, Pavement LCA, ArcGIS, and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to form strong relationships with a variety of people.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD1,200.000 - KD1,700.000 per month
وظيفة: مدير إنشاءات - الخرسانة ذات الجودة العالية / الأرصفة الصلبة
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- مراجعة واختيار المواد المناسبة للأرصفة مثل الأسفلت، الخرسانة، الركام، إلخ.
- إجراء التحليل الهيكلي لضمان متانة الأرصفة.
- إعداد مواصفات بناء الأرصفة، دمج الممارسات المستدامة، وتقييم التأثيرات البيئية.
- بناء الأرصفة مع مراعاة المناخ، وحركة المرور، والتربة، والقدرة على التحمل.
- إجراء اختبارات وفحوصات لجودة المواد ومواضعها.
- تطوير خطط واستراتيجيات إدارة الأرصفة.
- توثيق خطط التصميم، والبناء، وسجلات الصيانة.
- التأكد من أن الأرصفة تتوافق مع معايير السلامة واللوائح.
- التواصل مع العملاء، والمقاولين، والمهندسين.
- الإشراف على الميزانية وموارد المشروع.
المتطلبات:
- درجة بكاليروس/ماجستير في الهندسة المدنية مع أي مؤهلات ذات صلة.
- إجادة برامج الهندسة لتصميم وتحليل الأرصفة مثل AutoCAD وPavement LCA وArcGIS وغيرها.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة والقدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع مجموعة متنوعة من الأشخاص.
- مهارات في حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.

الراتب: 1,200.000 - 1,700.000 دينار كويتي شهريًا
