Human Resources Payroll Coordinator
About the Job
Requirements:
- Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payrolls.
- Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality.
- Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and employee queries.
- Assist with employee benefits administration and deductions.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in payroll processing and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement.
