We started in 2001 by establishing Caesar Pac Carton & Paper Products Company, our main factory, and manufacturing plant with 6.5 million USD (2 million KWD) capital. Our business activities are based on the operations of three corrugated paper factories and paper mills in Kuwait.

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Maintain and monitor machinery such as corrugators, die cutters, slotters, and other packaging production equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all mechanical systems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical malfunctions and equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all machinery is operating efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records for each piece of equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the workplace is compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist in equipment installation, calibration, and upgrades as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on mechanical equipment operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanical engineering or related fields are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in packaging or corrugated carton manufacturing is a MUST.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools used in production facilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- المساعدة في تركيب المعدات ومعايرتها وترقيتها حسب الحاجة.
- تقديم التدريب والإرشاد للفنيين المبتدئين حول عمليات المعدات الميكانيكية.
المؤهلات:
- التعليم: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يفضل الحصول على شهادات فنية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في تصنيع العبوات أو الكراتين المموجة هي ضرورة.
- معرفة عميقة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية والمعدات والأدوات المستخدمة في مرافق الإنتاج.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- مهارات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
