We’re Hiring
We are looking for a passionate, driven, and talented Product Engineer - Lighting to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product development, market research, and implementing activities that support the product vision & increase the product knowledge among the sales team to achieve quality sales.
- Sourcing new products and suppliers, conducting market analysis, and enhancing current product offerings.
- Developing product lines, performing market research, analyzing competition, and identifying customer needs.
- Communicate with suppliers, support sales teams with product knowledge, and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure product availability, pricing, and sales goals are met across retail and e-commerce channels.
- Maintaining product displays, assisting with trade shows, and managing after-sales issues.
- Regular visits to customers and obtaining necessary approvals will also be part of the duties.
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years with supervisory capabilities (Experience in suppliers communications - lighting).
Education:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. Similar courses in the relevant field will also be considered.

- التواصل مع الموردين، دعم فرق المبيعات بمعرفة المنتجات، والمشاركة في الأنشطة التسويقية والترويجية.
- ضمان توافر المنتجات، التسعير، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات عبر قنوات البيع بالتجزئة والتجارة الإلكترونية.
- الحفاظ على عروض المنتجات، المساعدة في المعارض التجارية، وإدارة قضايا ما بعد البيع.
- القيام بزيارات منتظمة للعملاء والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة ستكون جزءًا من المهام.
الخبرة:
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات مع قدرات إشرافية (خبرة في التواصل مع الموردين - الإضاءة).
التعليم:
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها. يمكن أيضًا النظر في الدورات المشابهة في المجال ذي الصلة.
