About the job
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, business management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the heavy-commercial vehicle sector, heavy equipment experience is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial vehicles, construction equipment specifications, configurations, and applications, etc.
Skills:
Sales Expertise:
- Experience in B2B sales and dealing with fleet customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Technical Proficiency:
- Ability to explain technical features and benefits of commercial vehicles.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel efficiency, and performance optimization.
Market Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the Kuwait market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
- Understanding of local regulations and compliance for heavy commercial vehicles.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Arabic will be an added value.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Capable of working in a multicultural environment.
Certifications:
- Sales or automotive-related certifications (e.g., CRM tools, technical training, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license in Kuwait.
Personal Attributes:
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to travel within Kuwait/overseas for client meetings and site visits.

المؤهلات:
- التعليم: درجة بكاليريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، هندسة السيارات، إدارة الأعمال، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: من 2 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في مبيعات قطاع المركبات التجارية الثقيلة، والخبرة في المعدات الثقيلة ميزة إضافية.
- المعرفة التقنية: فهم قوي للمركبات التجارية، مواصفات معدات البناء، التكوينات والتطبيقات، إلخ.
المهارات:
خبرة في المبيعات:
- خبرة في مبيعات B2B والتعامل مع عملاء الأساطيل.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والإغلاق.
الكفاءة التقنية:
- القدرة على شرح الميزات والفوائد التقنية للمركبات التجارية.
- معرفة بصيانة المركبات وكفاءة استهلاك الوقود وتحسين الأداء.
المعرفة بالسوق:
- الإلمام بديناميكيات السوق في الكويت وتفضيلات العملاء ومشهد المنافسة.
- فهم اللوائح المحلية والامتثال للمركبات التجارية الثقيلة.
المهارات اللغوية:
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدث) مع إضافة قيمة إذا كانت لديك معرفة باللغة العربية.
المهارات الشخصية:
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على بناء علاقات.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
الشهادات:
- شهادات متعلقة بالمبيعات أو السيارات (مثل أدوات CRM، التدريب الفني، إلخ).
- رخصة قيادة سارية في الكويت.

- شخص موجه نحو الأهداف ودافع ذاتي.
- قادر على العمل ضمن فريق وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل.
