Factory Manager – Aluminium Fabrication and Installation
Details
Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the factory’s operations, including aluminium fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation of products like windows, doors, skylights, curtain walls, handrails, and louvres.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely and cost-efficient project completion.
- Prepare and review aluminium tenders, cost estimates, and budgets using pricing software such as Orgadata’s LogiKal.
- Continuously monitor and optimize factory workflow to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during fabrication and installation to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication and installation.
- Strong knowledge of pricing aluminium tenders using software such as Orgadata’s LogiKal.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a Factory Manager or similar role within the aluminium industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in the aluminium industry.
- Kuwaiti Driving License (Preferred).
- Kuwait Society of Engineers membership (Preferred).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة كافة جوانب عمليات المصنع، بما في ذلك تصنيع الألومنيوم، التجميع، والتركيب في الموقع لمنتجات مثل النوافذ، الأبواب، الأسطح الزجاجية، الجدران الستائرية، الدرابزينات، والشُرفات.
- تطوير وتنفيذ جداول الإنتاج لضمان إتمام المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية المحددة.
- إعداد ومراجعة العطاءات، تقديرات التكاليف، والميزانيات باستخدام برامج التسعير مثل LogiKal.
- مراقبة وتحسين تدفق العمل في المصنع باستمرار لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل الفاقد.
- معالجة وحل المشكلات أثناء عملية التصنيع والتركيب للحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية.
المؤهلات
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل الهندسة الميكانيكية، المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصنيع وتركيب الألومنيوم.
- معرفة قوية بتسعير العطاءات باستخدام برامج مثل Orgadata’s LogiKal.
- يفضل: خبرة سابقة في دور مدير المصنع أو دور مشابه في صناعة الألومنيوم.
المؤهلات المفضلة
- خبرة سابقة في دور مدير المصنع أو دور مشابه في صناعة الألومنيوم.
- رخصة قيادة كويتية (مفضلة).
- عضوية في جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (مفضلة).
