Air Freight Specialist
- Experience in Air Terminal Ground Handling Services is preferred.
- Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs. Must be detail oriented, motivated and drive to perform at a high level.
- Must be able to comprehend English to include reading and writing.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- You will be required to maintain a valid passport.
- You will be required to maintain authorization for a CAC card.
AMCC Specialist - AGTHS (USN)
- Facilitate maximum aircraft utilization and on-time aircraft departures, including resolving situational issues, gathering, processing and disseminating information in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 24-605 V2, AMCI 10-2102 V6 and other applicable instructions.
- Meet arriving and departing aircraft, reconcile manifests with onboard cargo and provide outbound cargo briefing to the aircrew.
- Maintain AMCC events logs.
- Provide detailed information concerning potential delays, actual delays, or aborts to appropriate agencies/personnel.
- Establish, coordinate, or maintain all necessary logs and reports mandated by C2/ATOC and terminal operations.
- Report all aircraft mishaps/incidents and unique events to the appropriate Airlift Control Center and COR personnel.
- Provide relevant briefings and associated documentation to the aircrew.
- Execute Emergency Quick Reaction Checklists (QRCs).
- Monitor and input data into GATES, GDSS / GDSS2 and other systems.
- Assist with Wing-Walker duties.
- Create Airlift Capability Schedules.
- Extract the necessary data from pre-published schedules / amendments and prepare, as a minimum, a daily mission schedule and provide updates.
- Distribute information to all terminal work centers and other sections as required by Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Monitor Cargo Capability and receive / monitor airlift space assignments and control the port management levels by channel based on cargo/passenger backlogs.
- Control opportune airlift and Special Assignment Airlift Mission (SAAM).
- Coordinate SAAM requirements with users, air terminal work centers, and higher headquarters.
- Perform supplemental duties in ATOC / AMCC or other work centers as required by AMCC Manager.
Maintenance Mechanic - ATGHS (USN)
- Adheres to all OSHA and AFOSH and company policies and standards for safe and healthy operations.
- Operate, maintain, repair, and inspect AGE/ MHE / CFE IAW applicable T.Os and directives.
- Maintain required qualifications.
- Perform scheduled and phase inspections.
- Establish and maintain an up-to-date inventory and control system for equipment, spare parts, tools, materials and consumables.
- Clean and wash equipment and facilities to maintain their appearance.
- Complete/document all TCTO updates and meet required timelines.
- Ensure accurate Equipment and AGE data and other required reports identified in the Performance Work Statement are submitted on-time.
- Assist with Wing-Walker duties.
Task Force Safe Master Electrician
- Inspect all work and living area facilities that are currently in use throughout CENTCOM AOR for electrical life, health and safety violations in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), and for British Standard 7671 whichever is appropriate.
- Re-inspect all facilities that have previously failed initial inspections.
- Record and report all inspections and repairs to Versar’s TF SAFE Program Office using established report formats
- Provide repairs of imminent Life, Health and Safety deficiencies for electrical services throughout the CENTCOM AOR
- Provide all required electrical repairs for both primary and secondary electrical distribution
Task Force Safe Journeyman Electrician
- Inspect all work and living area facilities that are currently in use throughout CENTCOM AOR for electrical life, health and safety violations in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), and for British Standard 7671 whichever is appropriate.
- Re-inspect all facilities that have previously failed initial inspections.
- Record and report all inspections and repairs to Versar’s TF SAFE Program Office using established report formats
