Field Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Comprehensive installs and de-installs
- Removing hardware and providing new replacements
- Re-configuring and re-imaging software
- Test electronics for communication and network connections
- Completes a complete system status check to ensure they are fully mission capable
- Applying all new software patches which are the direct results of new testing
- Building network stacks with multiple pieces of equipment from various vendors
- Completing work orders in COLTS logistics database for all actions taken
- Completing all periodic maintenance plans and testing
- Documenting and maintaining maintenance and test plans
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Experience supporting hardware/software capability on Forward Operating Bases overseas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and common office software applications
- Working knowledge of the COLTS logistics database
مهندس ميداني
الوصف الوظيفي:
- عمليات التثبيت والإزالة الشاملة
- إزالة الأجهزة وتقديم بدائل جديدة
- إعادة تكوين وإعادة تصوير البرمجيات
- اختبار الإلكترونيات للاتصالات ووصلة الشبكة
- إتمام فحص كامل لحالة النظام لضمان قابليته للعمل بالكامل
- تطبيق كافة التصحيحات البرمجية الجديدة نتيجة للاختبارات الجديدة
- بناء شبكات مكونة من أجهزة متعددة من مزودين مختلفين
- إتمام أوامر العمل في قاعدة بيانات لوجستيات COLTS لجميع الإجراءات التي تم اتخاذها
- إتمام جميع خطط الصيانة الدورية والاختبارات
- توثيق وصيانة خطط الصيانة والاختبار
المؤهلات
التعليم والخبرة المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس وسنتين (2) من الخبرة أو أكثر؛ يمكن قبول أربع (4) سنوات إضافية من الخبرة بدلاً من الشهادة
- خبرة في دعم القدرات البرمجية/الأجهزة في القواعد الأمامية في الخارج
- إتقان تطبيقات Microsoft Office 365 وبرامج المكتب الشائعة
- معرفة عملية بقاعدة بيانات لوجستيات COLTS
