Key Responsibilities

تنسيق استجابة الحوادث وعمليات الحل لتقليل فترات التوقف والانقطاعات في الخدمة.

تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل القياسية لعمليات مركز عمليات الشبكة.
-
إدارة فريق من فنّيّو مركز عمليات الشبكة وموظفي الواجهة الأمامية، وتقديم التدريب والدعم عند الحاجة.
-
ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

أن تكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للقضايا المتعلقة بالعملاء، وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب.
