Engineering Refineries for General Trading & Contracting Company – Kuwait

Join a leading force in the oil and gas industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead strategic growth initiatives, cultivate high-level industry partnerships, and drive revenue in upstream, midstream, and downstream markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities across exploration, production, refining, and oilfield services.

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and strategic partners.

• Lead the preparation of commercial proposals, bids, and tenders aligned with client needs and company capabilities.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide strategy.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial agreements.

• Represent the company at global exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including legal, technical, operations, and finance.

• Monitor industry regulations and policy shifts that may impact operations.

• Present strategic plans, performance updates, and revenue forecasts to executive leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the oil & gas sector.

• Established network with upstream/downstream companies, EPCs, and service providers.

• Deep understanding of commercial models and oil & gas project lifecycle.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently, including offshore and remote sites.

المسؤوليات:

• تحديد وتقييم فرص الأعمال في مجالات الاستكشاف والإنتاج والتكرير والخدمات.

• بناء علاقات متينة مع العملاء، والمقاولين (EPC)، والشركاء الاستراتيجيين.

• إعداد العروض التجارية والمناقصات بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العملاء وإمكانيات الشركة.

• تحليل اتجاهات السوق، وأنشطة المنافسين، واحتياجات العملاء لتوجيه الاستراتيجية.

• التفاوض على العقود والأسعار والشروط التجارية.

• تمثيل الشركة في المعارض الدولية والمؤتمرات وفعاليات القطاع.

• التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية (القانونية، الفنية، التشغيلية، والمالية).

• متابعة التغيرات التنظيمية والتشريعية المؤثرة في السوق.

• تقديم خطط عمل وتوقعات أداء وتقارير للإدارة العليا.

المتطلبات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الطاقة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات في قطاع النفط والغاز.

• شبكة علاقات قوية مع شركات النفط والغاز والمقاولين والموردين.

• فهم عميق لديناميكيات السوق والنماذج التجارية ودورة حياة المشاريع النفطية.

• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعرض متميزة.

• الاستعداد للسفر المتكرر، بما في ذلك إلى المواقع البحرية أو النائية.
