Product Manager

Responsibilities

• •Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the Consumer Electronics category.
•  •Oversee the full product lifecycle, including new product introduction, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life planning. 
• •Ensure alignment with the principal on product specifications, availability, pricing and market positioning.
•  •Establish and manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining profitability. •Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, market demands, competitor activities, and industry developments. 

• •Analyze sales performance data, product performance, and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations & optimize product offerings. 
• •Monitor and evaluate competitor pricing, promotions, and product launches to develop effective counter strategies. •Act as the primary liaison with the principal for product planning, inventory forecasting, and business alignment.
•  •Ensure timely product availability by coordinating with the supply chain team for efficient stock management. 
• •Work closely with the supply chain team to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

Manager - Service (Commercial Air Conditioning)

Responsibilities

• •Lead and oversee the Commercial AC Service Department, ensuring all service operations run efficiently and meet company objectives in customer satisfaction, financial goals, process improvements, and staff development.
•  •Manage & oversee the Commercial AC project commissioning and after-sales activities during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and after (out of warranty period), ensuring timely repairs and minimal downtime. •

• Take ownership of the CAC Service P&L: Work on cost optimization without the effect of service quality, increase revenue achievement and search for new revenue opportunities. 
• •Develop and execute service plans to improve service quality, reduce lead times, profitability and exceed customer experience
• . •Achieving financial target in out of warranty repair, AMC renewal, parts sales, retrofit and the growth of the services sales funnel.
•  •Oversee AMC customers are beyond satisfaction by being proactive, ensuring periodic service done on time and repair jobs are attended on time
• . •Implement cost-control measures to optimize service efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
•  •Regularly review and analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
• •Lead, mentor and develop the CAC service team to drive departmental success. •Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the business.

•  •الإشراف على دورة حياة المنتج بالكامل، بما في ذلك طرح منتج جديد، وتحسين المحفظة، والتخطيط لنهاية العمر. 
• • ضمان التوافق مع المدير فيما يتعلق بمواصفات المنتج وتوافره وتسعيره وموقعه في السوق.
•  • وضع استراتيجيات التسعير وإدارتها، بما يضمن وضعًا تنافسيًا مع الحفاظ على  الربحية. • إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد اتجاهات المستهلكين، ومتطلبات السوق، وأنشطة المنافسين، وتطورات الصناعة.

• •التعاون بشكل وثيق مع فريق سلسلة التوريد للحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المثلى وتجنب نقص المخزون أو التخزين الزائد.

مدير - خدمة (تكييف الهواء التجاري)

المسؤوليات

• • قيادة والإشراف على قسم خدمة تكييف الهواء التجاري، والتأكد من تشغيل جميع عمليات الخدمة بكفاءة وتلبية أهداف الشركة في إرضاء العملاء والأهداف المالية وتحسين العمليات وتطوير الموظفين.
•  • إدارة والإشراف على تشغيل مشروع تكييف الهواء التجاري وأنشطة ما بعد البيع خلال فترة المسؤولية عن العيوب (DLP) وبعدها (خارج فترة الضمان)، وضمان إجراء الإصلاحات في الوقت المناسب وتقليل وقت التوقف إلى أدنى حد. •

• تولي مسؤولية خدمة CAC P&L: العمل على تحسين التكلفة دون التأثير على جودة الخدمة، وزيادة تحقيق الإيرادات والبحث عن فرص جديدة للإيرادات. 
• • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الخدمة لتحسين جودة الخدمة وتقليل أوقات التنفيذ والربحية وتجاوز تجربة العملاء
• • تحقيق الهدف المالي في إصلاح السيارات خارج الضمان، وتجديد عقد الصيانة الدورية، ومبيعات الأجزاء، والتحديث، ونمو قمع مبيعات الخدمات.
•  •الإشراف على رضا عملاء AMC من خلال اتخاذ إجراءات استباقية، والتأكد من إجراء الخدمة الدورية في الوقت المحدد وإتمام أعمال الإصلاح في الوقت المحدد
• •تنفيذ تدابير ضبط التكاليف لتحسين كفاءة الخدمة مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية.
•  • مراجعة وتحليل بيانات أداء الخدمة بشكل منتظم لتحديد مجالات التحسين وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات لزيادة الكفاءة ورضا العملاء. 
• • قيادة فريق خدمات مركز التحكم والتوجيه وتطويره لتعزيز نجاح القسم. • تحديد المخاطر التشغيلية وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف منها لحماية الأعمال.

خبرة

• سنوات الخبرة

• مجال الخبرة
• : • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة تكييف الهواء التجاري • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المستوى الإداري أو الإشرافي في الخدمة
