• Train and lead the market staff team

• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing supermarkets/central markets

• Strong background in inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination

• Excellent communication skills

• Professional customer interaction

• Transferable residency required

• Local hiring inside Kuwait only

🪑 Position 2: Furniture Department Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise furniture showroom operations and displays

• Provide expert advice and consultation to customers

• Track inventory and manage product orders

• Coordinate with furniture suppliers and vendors

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the furniture industry

• Strong knowledge of furniture types, materials, and presentation techniques

• Excellent customer communication and consultation skills

• Must be organized and detail-oriented

• Transferable residency required

• Local hiring inside Kuwait only

1 : مدير السوق المركزي (سوبر ماركت)

المهام:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في السوق المركزي

• إدارة المخزون والمستوى العام للمنتجات

• التعامل مع الموردين وطلب البضائع

• قيادة وتدريب فريق العمل

• ضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة

الشروط:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة السوبر ماركت أو الأسواق المركزية

• خبرة قوية في إدارة المخزون وطلبات البضائع والتعامل مع الموردين

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة

• القدرة على التعامل المهني مع العملاء

• يشترط إقامة قابلة للتحويل

• التوظيف من داخل الكويت فقط

2- مشرف قسم الأثاث

المهام:

• الإشراف على عرض وتنظيم قسم الأثاث

• تقديم الاستشارات للعملاء والمساعدة في اختيار المنتجات

• متابعة المخزون وطلب المنتجات الناقصة

• التنسيق مع الموردين والبائعين

• الحفاظ على معايير العرض والديكور داخل المعرض

الشروط:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الأثاث

• معرفة جيدة بأنواع الأثاث والخامات وأساليب العرض

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع العملاء

• تنظيم عالي واهتمام بالتفاصيل

• يشترط إقامة قابلة للتحويل

• التوظيف من داخل الكويت فقط
