Requirements:
Qualifications: Must be a graduate.
Experience: At least one year of customer service experience.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Arabic typing and speaking will be an added advantage.
Visa Status: Local hire only (Transferable Visa).
Responsibilities:
Handle the complete procedure of passport and visa applications.
Answer queries and guide applicants about rules and regulations.
Communicate with applicants in a polite and helpful manner.
Responsible for accurate data entry.
Handle cash and report accurately.
Flexible to work in different locations and shifts.
