AL MUSALLAM GROUP is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic HR Assistant to support our growing team! This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their careers in Human Resources and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and hiring processes.

• Support HR operations, including documentation, employee records, and correspondences.

• Help in the management of employee benefits and HR data.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

• Maintain and update personnel files and databases.

• Assist in preparing HR reports and documents as required.

• Coordinate with various departments to address employee queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Age between 21 and 24 years.

• Arab nationals only.

• Proficiency in Arabic (including Shoon system, documentation, and correspondence).

• Must be a Kuwait resident with a transferable visa.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل المحلية والسياسات الداخلية.

• المساعدة في إعداد التقارير والوثائق المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية حسب الحاجة.

• التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لتلبية استفسارات الموظفين.

المؤهلات:

• درجة بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• يُشجَّع الخريجون الجدد على التقديم.

• العمر بين 21 و 24 عامًا.

• مواطنون عرب فقط.

• إجادة اللغة العربية (بما في ذلك نظام شؤون، الوثائق، والمراسلات).

• يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا في الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
