Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, customs, and logistics within Kuwait

• Strong understanding of clearance procedures and related documentation

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Age below 40

• Must have Article 18 Transferable Residence

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage clearance procedures for all incoming and outgoing shipments

• Handle all shipping documentation and liaise with customs and port authorities

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams

• Monitor shipment tracking and ensure on-time delivery

• Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti customs regulations and procedures

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory

• Prepare daily logistics reports and documentation

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا)

• إجادة تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، Outlook)

• العمر أقل من 40 سنة

• يجب أن يكون لديك إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة إجراءات التخليص لجميع الشحنات الواردة والصادرة بشكل مستقل

• التعامل مع كافة المستندات المتعلقة بالشحن والتنسيق مع الجمارك والسلطات المحلية

• التنسيق مع الموردين، شركات الشحن، والفرق الداخلية

• متابعة تتبع الشحنات وضمان وصولها في الوقت المحدد

• ضمان الامتثال للوائح الجمارك الكويتية

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للشحنات والمخزون

• إعداد تقارير يومية للوجستيات
