Responsibilities
Personnel Management: Overseeing employee records and ensuring all files are compliant with Kuwaiti labor laws and medical sector regulations.
Recruitment Support: Managing the end-to-end hiring process, specifically for medical and technical staff.
Employee Relations: Acting as a bridge between management and employees to resolve inquiries and improve workplace satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Assisting in the evaluation of staff performance and coordinating training programs.
Liaison: Coordinating with the Ministry of Health and other authorities regarding staff licensing and residency procedures.
Requirements
Industry Experience: A solid medical background or previous experience working within the healthcare sector is mandatory.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for professional communication.
Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Kuwait Labor Law and local HR practices.
Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.

دعم التوظيف: إدارة عملية التوظيف بالكامل، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على الكوادر الطبية والفنية.
علاقات الموظفين: العمل كحلقة وصل بين الإدارة والموظفين لحل الاستفسارات وتحسين الرضا الوظيفي.
متابعة الأداء: المساعدة في تقييم أداء الموظفين وتنسيق البرامج التدريبية اللازمة.
التنسيق الحكومي: التنسيق مع وزارة الصحة والجهات المعنية فيما يتعلق بتراخيص الموظفين وإجراءات الإقامة.
المتطلبات
الخلفية المهنية: يشترط وجود خلفية طبية أو خبرة سابقة في العمل داخل القطاع الصحي.
