Responsibilities
Engineering & Technical: Overseeing site operations, ensuring structural integrity, and managing HVAC system installations according to project timelines.
Quality Assurance & Control: Implementing rigorous QA/QC protocols to ensure all construction materials and workmanship meet high-standard specifications and safety codes.
Design & Drafting: Creating detailed architectural and structural shop drawings that serve as the blueprint for project execution.
Logistics & Transportation: Safely operating heavy machinery and oil tankers, ensuring timely delivery of materials while adhering to strict safety and traffic regulations.
Requirements
Professional Licensing: All Engineering candidates must have KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) approval.
Experience: Proven professional background in the construction industry within the same role.
Licensing (Drivers): Valid Kuwaiti heavy driving licenses are mandatory for driver positions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, etc.) for engineers and draftsmen.
Location: Immediate hiring for local candidates in Kuwait.

المسؤوليات
الهندسة والجوانب الفنية: الإشراف على العمليات الميدانية، ضمان السلامة الإنشائية، وإدارة تركيبات أنظمة التكييف وفقاً للجداول الزمنية للمشاريع.
تأكيد وضبط الجودة: تنفيذ بروتوكولات جودة صارمة لضمان مطابقة جميع مواد البناء والتنفيذ للمواصفات القياسية وأكواد السلامة.
التصميم والرسم: ابتكار رسومات تنفيذية (Shop Drawings) مفصلة معمارية وإنشائية لتكون بمثابة المخطط الأساسي للتنفيذ.
اللوجستيات والنقل: تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة وصهاريج النفط بأمان، وضمان تسليم المواد في المواعيد المحددة مع الالتزام التام بقواعد المرور والسلامة.
المتطلبات
التراخيص المهنية: يجب أن يكون جميع المهندسين حاصلين على اعتماد جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE).
الخبرة: خلفية مهنية مثبتة في قطاع المقاولات والإنشاءات في نفس المجال.
تراخيص القيادة: رخصة قيادة كويتية (ثقيلة) سارية المفعول لطلبات السائقين.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان البرامج الهندسية ذات الصلة (مثل AutoCAD) للمهندسين والرسامين.
الموقع: التوظيف فوري للمرشحين المتواجدين داخل الكويت.
