Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from initial sourcing to successful onboarding.
Talent Screening: Review CVs and conduct initial interviews to identify the best-fit candidates.
Coordination: Liaise between hiring managers and various departments to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
Documentation: Prepare formal offer letters and facilitate all joining formalities for new hires.
Logistics Support: Coordinate accommodation assignments for new joiners to ensure a smooth transition.
Operations Liaison: Work closely with employee relations and operations teams for effective staff allocation and deployment.
Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, manpower plans, and detailed hiring reports.
Bulk Hiring: Manage urgent operational requirements and high-volume recruitment drives effectively.
Requirements
Proven Experience: Prior background in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential.

دورة التوظيف الكاملة: إدارة عملية التوظيف من بدايتها (البحث عن الكفاءات) حتى مرحلة مباشرة العمل.
فرز المواهب: مراجعة السير الذاتية وإجراء المقابلات الأولية لتحديد أفضل المرشحين.
التنسيق الإداري: التواصل بين مديري الأقسام والإدارات المختلفة لجدولة المقابلات وجمع الملاحظات.
التوثيق: إعداد عروض العمل الرسمية وتسهيل كافة إجراءات انضمام الموظفين الجدد.
الدعم اللوجستي: تنسيق تخصيص السكن للموظفين الجدد لضمان انتقال سلس لعملهم.
التنسيق العملياتي: العمل مع علاقات الموظفين وإدارة العمليات لتوزيع وتعيين الكوادر بشكل فعال.
التقارير: تحديث سجلات التوظيف، خطط القوى العاملة، وإعداد تقارير التوظيف المفصلة.
التوظيف الجماعي: إدارة متطلبات التشغيل العاجلة وحملات التوظيف للأعداد الكبيرة بكفاءة.
